This beautifully designed townhome features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room on the first floor, where your family can gather around the large island to cook, play games, or relax. A half bath is also located on the first floor.

Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a spacious retreat with an ensuite bath, a large closet, a 50" smart TV, and a desk with a chair. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and a 40" smart TV, while the third bedroom features two sets of twin beds and a 40" smart TV.

Outside, enjoy a cozy sitting area with scenic views of the nature pond across the street, home to egrets, geese, and other waterfowl. A charcoal grill is available for family cookouts.

The Beau Coast community offers fantastic amenities, including a day dock on Taylors Creek, an event lawn, gym, clubhouse with a stunning pool, shuffleboard, ping pong, and corn hole. Relax at Traders, a spot within Beau Coast offering food from Beaufort Grocery, craft beers, and outdoor seating with a fire pit.

Just a short distance away, you can explore the town's shops and restaurants or take a ferry to Cape Lookout or Shackleford Banks.

First of all, thank you so much to the property manager, Dallas. All the instructions were listed precisely and communicated timely. The property was clean and well-maintained when we entered the house. Pretty much everything is provided that you really need to make your stay comfortable. Community is beautiful and neat. The golf cart was a bonus.Concerns we had:1. We traveled with the kids, and the kids planned for swimming pool activities, but to find out that the swimming pools were not open for the season. If an amenity is not available due to seasonal reasons, then it should be listed as such accordingly to set the right expectations. 2. We also felt the water pressure in the bathroom was too low (even when one person was taking a bath at that time). Everything else is beautiful, and I would highly recommend this property and the property manager, Dallas!

Fantastic home, beautiful property

My husband and I along with our son and his family enjoyed our stay. Home is quiet and well appointed. Our only suggestion is to add a lamp or two in the den as the one lamp was tough for putting together puzzles. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

This was a great property! The only downfall was being unable to keep our boat in the neighborhood. However the lot available was right down the road from the property making it easy to check on it & across the street from the ramp which was very convenient. The townhome was spacious & beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes & cookware. The plans for our dog sitting fell through the day before we were supposed to arrive & they were accommodating of adding our dog at the last minute when I was stressed about having to come up with a plan B. The host was very responsive with communication.We would definitely stay there again!

Air conditioner was not working upon arrival, technician arrived and made repairs in a very reasonable amount of time. Technician also came the next day to follow up on the repairs and to perform test on the system. Five star response to the A/C problem! Home was clean, located in a very quiet neighborhood. Screened in sitting area was nice. I have stayed in several Vacation Rental homes in this neighborhood. Would definitely stay in this rental again.

Beautiful and comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The townhouse was very clean and beautifully decorated. All of the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals with ample pantry storage. A beautiful pond is across the street which is so beautiful. The neighborhood has amazing amenities. We enjoyed the pool, community center, and boat dock down at the sound. Our family had a very relaxing time and we loved being just a few minutes from downtown Beaufort. We will definitely return!

Awesome!

Home was very nice, quiet and clean! We didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but enjoyed ping pong at the Clubhouse! We would definitely book again if ever in the area. There is really only parking for one vehicle at the home. If you have additional cars you will need to park them in a parking lot away from the home (within the community area).

Perfect location in Beaufort

Our family including our dog enjoyed our stay at this property. The property itself is relatively new and had nice comfortable furniture and linens. It is in a fantastic location in a very safe and manicured subdivision. It is very close to the Beaufort hotel and walking distance to the water. The amenities are high-end. In my opinion, this section of Beaufort is one of the better locations to stay vs. staying in the town which is crowded in summer. Would recommend renting a golf cart if staying here to get to town and around the place. The owner had his golf cart in the garage, so we did not have full use of the garage, but you can fit a 2nd golf cart in there. Make sure you bring basic necessities like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, detergent, etc. these are not provided for the week.

Reviewer Comments: We have always visited the area (over 20 years) and we are looking for retirement - the development was beautiful- amenities - walking area - dog park. Our property mgr was a rock star ran into a small issue and she was there in a heartbeat - we too work hospitality and honestly it can be hard ... but my hat goes off to her and we are hoping all went just fine! The home is beautiful and very comfortable - we highly recommend the home - we hope she’s in touch with us soon for possible purchase ....

Peaceful weekend away

Overall, the property was in a great neighborhood with lots of great amenities and was clean and very comfortable. The power in the house was out when we arrived, which I think was due to a recent storm/power outage, but we were able to get it back through the breaker. My only complaint is that they do not have any type of body wash, shampoo, soap, etc available. You only get 2 trash bags and 2 pods of detergent. We flew in, so we were not able to pack these types of things and ran out of toilet paper pretty quickly. We did not want to buy a whole container of dishwasher detergent so we were unable to wash dishes and used hand soap in the showers. Other than that, I would stay here again.

We enjoy the Beau Coast community. Normally we stay in another unit, but it was booked. They layout in this one is similar and had what we needed, but this one just felt more odd. The living room furnishings weren't comfortable and neither were those in the dining room/kitchen. The layout of the master bath was odd and made it difficult to move around with more than one person. We usually dont communicate with the realtor because we dont need to. A notebook with instructions, things to do, etc is left. About 2 hours after check in, while at dinner with family in the areaa, I received a rude text that she had shown up to pull the trash to the curb and couldn't because our vehicles were in the drive. Again, instructions were left about trash/recycling pickup. I don't need you to show up and treat me like a child who needs to be managed. Others may appreciate it, but I don't. I think we'll stick with the other unit and realtor from now on.

Property management quickly remedied the filter issue and wiped the mildew off the ceiling but probably needs a deeper clean/permanent fix. There was no regular coffee pot, so had to bring one from home (only a K cup maker). Had to request the owners golf cart be moved so that we could park one vehicle in the garage (very tight fit) and one in the driveway (since the description makes it sound like there should be parking for 2 vehicles.

The town had some tourist but wasn't overly crowded like other areas we visited. The house had everything we needed. Very tidy, and comfortable furniture and beds. We loved the community as well. It felt like the Truman show, with everything so perfect. Swimming, ping pong, shuffle board, corn hole, pickleball & the dog park. We really enjoyed our stay.
