Great place to get away

Great place to stay not far from restaurants and grocery stores just right outside of the party zone ! Could use a warning sign to watch your step when going out to the balcony ! Really enjoyed our stay!

Just ok

Needs improvement on exterior. Pool area leaves much to be desired. Condo was ok with just a few issues with floor, closet holding a/c unit, faucet in kitchen. Parking garage is extremely tight.

Great Beach Views from the balcony! Love that the main living room and Master bedroom have direct access to the balcony!! Big issue of cleanliness in bathrooms.

The property was great. It was very accommodating and the location was perfect. Beach and pool access was very easy. Definitely made our stay a lot better with a place that was pretty much central to everything we wanted to do.

Fabulous stay!

This was our first time at Tropic Winds and our condo was so nice. It was clean, updated and had plenty of space for us! We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Needs updating

The condo is fair. No, I would not stay here again. Our unit is very used and dated. Bathroom showers are nasty and needs new tubs or repaired tubs. The shower liners are gross and needs replaced.

Yearly Family Christmas Vacation

Has a wonderful stay with parents, brother, and son. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was great! Unit spacious and right at the elevator. Close to Pier Park and away from more crowded areas. Have stayed at Tropic Winds several times.

Love the view

Balcony was fantastic. Beach and pool were awesome! Condo was well stocked with everything we needed. Floors and the balcony area was in need of deep cleaning. But everything else was great.

Fantastic!

Overall, a wonderful experience! We enjoyed every bit of it and don't have any complaints at all! The location was perfect, the room was excellent, the experience was fantastic. Will definitely consider this as a future location.

Winter Getaway

PCB has been our place to winter during January & February the last few years. We chose a 3 bed 3 bath Unit Beach Front in great condition. No issues and the staff at the building were helpful and friendly.

Great space

Overall the property was nice and quiet. location was perfect. Elevators were fast. Parking was a little challenging but we didn’t leave the property much so it was a big deal.

When we got there is was very hard to know where to park! No one tells you about the parking, how to find your number it’s in no order and very frustrating. After 45 minutes, we finally figured out we parked on the fourth floor.. The second vehicle has to go across the road and park in open parking only very few spots available. The cleanliness of the room was very poor. I had to contact the property manager because the Master shower liner was mildewed in disgusting. They did bring another shower liner for me to put up. The curtain itself was dirty as well. We have stayed in a lot of condos in Panama City Beach. This was my least favorite..

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was very disappointed. From floor damage, leaking faucets, outlets tripping in the kitchen, drained in showers was appeal the first night, light bulbs out. Construction being done above us super loud. I have never given a bad review but was told beach chair rentals would be $200 a week they were $350 a week. The parking deck was atrocious. No car can back out or go up the parking deck levels without doing a 3 point turn each time. Only one parking pass for the parking deck. You have to park the other car across the street and hope you get a spot. I hate to leave a review but definitely want to warn others before they spend this much money for a vacation here.

As expected

Details of the unit were very accurate on this site. Photos are up to date. We had no disturbances. Washer and dryer in unit worked great! The balcony was actually bigger than I had imagined. I was there with my 18 and 9 year old girls. We had a great vacation. We love the New Years Party @ Pier Park! I am pretty self-sufficient, and frequent traveler in hotels and condos both, so I didn't need to communicate anything during the trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So happy with our stay. Nice condo complex. Clean condo with a lot of modern decor. Great balcony! Chair and table out there was useful. Can see the through the ocean from the top, which was awesome. Host was responsive leading up to the trip when I had questions. Parking was good by the elevators. Would stay again!!! Pool and hot tub also very nice.

Tischer Spring Break

Condo needs to be updated!! Patio doors wouldn't lock, screens on the patio doors were coming out of the frame!! Ran out of garbage bags and toilet paper after 3 days!! Ice maker didn't work hardly at all, bought ice every other day!!! Chairs for the beach, broke the first time my grandson sat on it!!! The other chairs were useless! We travel alot, for 3,000 i expect more!!!!
