This beachfront condo, lovingly coined "The Seahorse Suite" by our staff, offers ample space for up to eight people making it an ideal choice for family vacations or group getaways. The master bedroom boasts a king bed and an adjoining bathroom fit for a queen thanks to a whirlpool tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a king bed and an adjoining bathroom and the third bedroom includes a set of playful twin bunks, a closet with a stackable washer and dryer plus a flat screen TV to entertain the kids. The expansive living room boasts a queen sleeper sofa and sweeping beach views. You can watch the big game from your huge flat screen TV or watch dolphins play in the sparkling gulf. End the day with a money-saving home-cooked meal. It's easy with the fully-stocked kitchen, large dining set and numerous bar stools at your disposal. You can even enjoy dinner as you breathe in the salt air from your private gulf-front balcony!

When you're ready to explore the resort's common areas, you'll discover five pools including two indoor ones, a market with Starbucks Coffee, tennis courts, a picnic area with grills and even a movie theater! place was clean exactly the right amount of space we needed my only negative comment is there was only one hairdryer . with 2 baths and 3 bedrooms there should be a hair dryer in each bathroom.

Condo was very nice but parking was terrible. You had to park across the street and walk what seemed to be a long way to your elevator. The pools were on the sides therefore they were shaded and very cold!

Everything about our start was perfect. Check in was extremely difficult. Never received check in email instructions. When i called, operator was vaugue & curt. After driving over 6 hours it was very frustrating trying to get details from operator.

We definitely recommend this rental. The weather was nice and hot, which made the location fantastic. We woke up I. The morning and sat on the balcony to watch the dolphins and sting rays. The place was perfect but could use some TLC. We left a few more pool noodles, water toys, and a couple knee boards. It was nice that there was an umbrella to take to the beach which was a life saver in the heat!!! If you hang out in the water closer to the boating section or the deeper water, you can swim with the dolphins. We were able to swim with them twice during our stay. Highly satisfied and hope to visit next year!

Majestic paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was perfect for our needs.Very clean and warming to the soul just as a beach experience should be. Only complaint was the elevator which has nothing to do with the condo. Will attempt to book next year!

The Majestic is one of our very favorite places to stay now. Loved the location, the amenities and beach accesses. The condo was a perfect fit for us. Great size, great views, clean, A/C worked well, had everything we needed for a 5-night stay. Hope to stay in this unit again.

Pros: great location, room met all our needs, price was reasonable, communication great, check in and out was super easy, amenities in building are great, views are amazing, fairly decent stocked kitchen. Cons: dishwasher does not work, number of dishes matched the number it slept so 8 forks, 8 cups ect which is fine but you will need to stay on top of dishwashing (we ended up purchasing disposable plates/utensils/cups as to not have to spend so much of our time cleaning since the dishwasher didn’t work) carpet in bedrooms filthy with no access to vacuum cleaner, pots and pans are horrible everything sticks, beds not very comfortable We would stay again. Overall a good place to stay.

First trip

Very pleased with the virtual check in option. We loved how the condo was close to many restaurant options. Very clean condo and building to stay in. The bunk bed room was a great place for two teens to have.

Our stay was wonderful! The beach was beautiful and the ocean water was clear. Our room was the perfect size. Everyone at the resort was police and really nice. If you book and then extend your stay make sure your parking pass is updated, we did run into a little problem with that. updated

Beach Vacay 2022

We enjoyed our stay at Majestic Towers Beach Resort. The unit is as listed but could use some updating. Overall, we would stay at the resort again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall experience was decent. We had to supply our own toilet paper, paper towel, and other cleaning products. I understand that stuff isn't included but it would have been nice to have. The property could also use a good full cleaning. Under the chair cushions were nasty, and underneath where the TV was also pretty disgusting.

Great locatuon- small improvements qould go a long way

Stay was nice, amenities are great. Leading up to the stay communication (asked questions 2 times with no response) was bad. Floors were dirty as well as bathrooms. Standard things (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, enough towels) were not provided. During stay we emialed for simple things like more plates and baking sheet- these were privided quickly and much appreciated. Overall stay was good, a few small enhancements would go a long way in improving what is a good condo in a great location with awesome amenities.

The SeaHorse Suite

We loved being on the 22nd floor!!! We were able to see lots of marine life from our balcony. The beach was a little crowded be we did not know that bordering states were on Fall Break. The pool areas were kept very clean. The elevators were a little slow, but again, I am sure it was because of the amount of people at the condos for vacation. We were close to stores and restaurants. The condo is clean and well kept. The furniture was comfortable. I have bad hip joints. I never woke up in pain. I loved we had enough space for everyone to have their own space and not be on top of one another as well! Would definitely rent this condo again.

Management company terrible

Very poor communication company had us running around like a wild goose chase. Email stating tower 1; management sent us to tower 2; Sooo crowded on check in had to wait over 30 min to even get to elevator. Property shows obvious gym access that’s one of the main reasons ‘em we choose property. Asked front desk first night they state that we need to contact property management so got ahold of them the next day they stated that we had to go to another building to get access. Then go to that building then they state gym access is for property owners only. Very deceiving

Spring break 2025

It was a great location and had a great view. The cleanliness was not up to par for us. The walls were banged up and looked dirty. The furniture arms looked stained and dirty. The stove started smoking and set off the smoke alarm when we tried to use it. Underneath furniture in rooms were not cleaned. We found someone else’s sock and shirt under one of the beds that were from someone else’s stay. We had a horrible sour smell for days we could not pin point where it was coming from. I finally figured out it was coming from the bottom of the stove so we cleaned it and ended up cutting a finger while doing it. There were also several things that have not been dusted in quit some time. I brought these things to the hosts attention and they only offered to send another cleaning crew in. At this point we cleaned up most of it. I believe the fees for the cleaning crew is outrageous considering their not doing a very good job and doing bare minimal. There needs to be someone to check the cleanliness of the condo after the cleaning crew go through. I believe the cleaning fee should at least be refunded if their going to half do the job. Leaving the ones that are staying and paying a large amount to stay.

Out Dated / Great Location though

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros, This complex is in the perfect location and offers everything you need while there. Plenty of pools and hot tubs. We stay in this complex atleast twice a year and highly recommend. Cons, This unit was very outdated and beat up. We’ve stayed with ECDI for a few years now and have never had a unit like this. The corners of the walls were beat up, the carpet in the bedrooms looked very dingy, there were stains on the walls. There was a mold smell in the bedrooms, possibly from the carpet. Almost all the sinks drained slow. The unit definitely needs some fixing up. We wouldn’t pick this unit again but will for sure stay in the same complex.
