Unique compound on Fripp Island complete with your own outdoor pool and entertainment area! Custom built and immaculately maintained home with complete guest house. Main house with 2 family rooms to accommodate large groups includes a gourmet kitchen with granite, stainless steel appliances and gas stove open to dining and living area with fireplace. Pine floors throughout. 2 master bedrooms. Large screen porch and sun deck overlooking your private 20 x 40 pool and entertaining area with colorful tropical décor and your own tiki bar with 2 under counter refrigerators, bar sink and sound system. The guest house includes a full kitchen, living area, washer, dryer, fireplace, and dining. Truly one of Fripp Islands most unique properties.

The Fripp Island Club is private and each unaccompanied guest 13 and older must have an amenity card to access the Club’s facilities. The amenity card is a temporary membership to the club. Guests must comply with all rules and regulations of the Club.

**Amenity cards are available for purchase when renting this home. You may purchase up to the amount that the property sleeps.

We See’um Rentals Too, LLC manages 25 plus properties. If you inquire about a property & the property is booked for the dates you prefer, we hope we can direct you to another property that will be as good or better for your needs. We like the personal help we can provide our guests when we can speak in person.

One stop shop

This property is amazing; it has all the features for a larger group. A shaded pool area, completely furnished tiki hut to add. The added suite was a nice addition for our group of teenagers for their own space.

Very enjoyable experience

Very good experience. Nice hardwood floors. The property was clean and completely as advertised. The only tiny glitch, a broken button on the washer, was immediately repaired by BJ who managed the property and was extremely nice. Having a pool was terrific after a day at the beach.

Could be a great house

Great lot, nice pool and great location. However the house was not clean, and one of the bedrooms had no sheets. The TV’s had only streaming services, without cable or satellite. The problem was that the internet was mostly non-functioning, so we essentially had no TV. Of course we didn’t come here to watch TV or to play on our phones and computers, but they are handy for entertaining kids or if you have to work for a few hours.

Thank you for your candid feedback as we strive to give all of our guests a five-star experience. We're sorry about the cleanliness and are constantly working with our crew on improving. We would have been happy to send them back over upon your arrival to address the issues. The homeowner does only streaming tv because that is their preferred way to view tv. We were not aware of any internet issues and would have called and had a tech come out to take care of it.

Beautiful property; things could be better

BJ & Merissa were AMAZING in their communication with us. We had lots of questions before and after booking, and we always received a timely, helpful response. We arrived earlier than expected and they allowed us to check in early. They also were very responsive to our inquiries during our stay. This was my family’s first time on Fripp Island. The property was very spacious for our group (9 adults, 2 infants). The property is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay! There are some things that would have made our time here much better. Upon arrival, the pool had what looked like a layer of oil over it. The pool cleaners didn’t come until our second to last day. The outdoor trash was also full, which lead to raccoons getting in the trash (which I texted BJ and he was very quick & helpful in solving the issue!) In most of the rooms, there was dust and carcasses of dead bugs that could have easily been swept/vacuumed up prior to our arrival. Most of us kept getting bit up while inside the property. We inspected for bed bugs, we didn’t see anything visible, so we think it was chiggers and/or biting midges. There was also black mold in the upstairs bathroom. As another reviewer said, the Wi-Fi wasn’t great. After we put our groceries in the fridge, it started to leak. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!! We had a great time with all the island and house had to offer. The issues above were small nuisances that we think could be resolved so future guests also have a great time!
