Welcome to the beach! You'll just be a short walk to the water in this lovely condo full of helpful amenities to help you settle into comfort. Take in an ocean view on the private balcony, or enjoy the themed decor inside in the central air conditioning. When you're relaxing from a day at the beach, the full kitchen provides all the tool and appliances necessary to put together tasty meals. Enjoy a snack at the casual breakfast bar, or kick back on the furnished balcony. Younger guests will love lounging on the bunk beds built into the wall, perfect for reading or a true bunk-style vacation experience. Guests of the main bedroom can enjoy a tranquil sleep thanks to room-darkening shades. This condo also allows access to shared pools, a shared hot tub, and an outdoor shower and fitness room. But with such a prime location, you might end up spending all your time down on the shore.

Wonderful home

The layout as well as the decor and up to date appliances made our stay very inviting and welcoming. We plan to be back and bring our kids with us as the area was very family oriented and calm/relaxing.

Great condo on first floor so you can walk right out to the pool and hot tub. It was well furnished and parking was easy. The walk to the beach was just across the street so if you have a lot bring a wagon and to put it in and pull it. The beach was beautiful and quiet and we loved that they had just finished refurbishing it in March of this year!!! You’ll see lots & lots of shells!

Vacation Mexico Beach

Condo was very clean, well stocked and the bed was really comfy. The dual Keurig Coffee pot was so good that we bought one to bring home. Location of the pool was just steps out the patio door and view of the Gulf and sunsets was great!!

Not much to do...not really bike friendly...not a grocery store for miles....only found 2 restaurants for dinner....no night life or entertainment after dark....very pretty though..

Beautiful place

All aspects of rental went well. Rental process, communication, check in was all smooth. Upon arrival found door not closed so some apprehension when entering. Room was updated nicely and well appointed. Enjoyed our stay. Downside tried to get an extra night due to cancelled flight but was not available. If we return to Mexico beach we will try for this room.

Easy rental online. Description good but would have liked more listed details of what provided. There was a link to talk to manager but would have been nice if had known towels were provided. Pretty clean place. Awesomely decorated. Easy walk over to beach and very central location in Mexico beach area and only 5 minutes to Port St Joe. Recommend easily

LOVED IT!

Seriously…it was perfect for our small family. Our son loves the bunk beds. We searched all around the forgotten coast for an affordable vacation spot with a pool. The pool was a MUST. We cook a lot while on vacation and the kitchen had almost everything we needed. I bought some better kitchen knives and left them there. You’re welcome ;)This quaint condo was perfect for us with direct access to the pool from the patio. The creature comforts are nice which is good considering how much it rained. Large, smart TV and reasonably fast Internet. The condo is well insulated and while you may hear a door closing every now and then, we heard very little from anywhere else. We will be going back to this exact spot. If I had any complaint at all, it’s the constant road noise when you’re outside but that has nothing to do with the owners and it’s definitely not a deal breaker for me.

We loved the easy access to the pool and our own patio that was directly connected to the pool. The kitchen was great and the two bathrooms were perfect for our family of 4. The laundry was a great aspect too! Overall we loved the condo!

great spot on Mexico Beach

I stayed here with my teenage son, my sis, and my mother. The unit itself was tidy, well decorated, and had everything we needed. We appreciated the first floor location, and the closeness to the patio, pool, and beach. The private porch was great for having our morning coffee, and we loved being able to see the water from our porch. I highly recommend this spot, and would love to stay there again one day!

Great Place!
