Mexico Beach has often been referred to as Boater’s Paradise, so how better to take full advantage of paradise then by having your boat harbored in the water right outside of your rental during your stay.

If you happen to be an experienced fisherman, or lucky, it will be convenient for you to cook your catch on the spacious patio grilling area. It’s ok if you’re not all that lucky because Mango Marley’s is about a 2-minute walk from The Ricks Carlton and they’ll be happy to serve you one of their fresh fish entrees, and of course one of their famous cocktails.

There is ground floor entrance into the property where you’ll find a large king bedroom, full bath and laundry area. Making your stay more comfortable, there is a separate A/C unit and mini fridge included in this bedroom. Upstairs on the main floor is the living level with an open design with the living room, dining area, kitchen and half bath. Take a step outside of the living room onto the canal front deck to enjoy the fresh air. On the top floor are the other two bedrooms; one suited for the kids with a twin and double bed, and the 2nd is more of the master with a king bed and another canal front deck. There is a full bath shared between these two bedrooms. Each bedroom has its on TV.

The Ricks Carlton has it all, inside and out of this canal front vacation home. The location is also ideal with Mango Marley’s and beautiful Mexico Beach just a short walk away. The beauty of it though is you have quick access to these places, but you’ll be tucked away quietly on a cul-de-sac road for added privacy. The Mexico Beach boat ramp is less than a mile away for launching your boat and there is a large rock drive for parking your trailer or extra cars. The private dock will allow up to a 27ft boat.
