Relaxing beach home

Our family of 8 enjoyed this little home and it was very spacious for us. The location was perfect, it’s not far from the center of town and we were able to walk right across the road to the beach, which was very nice. The bedrooms were all nice, a fully appliance stocked kitchen, and the porch was perfect for us to gather in the mornings & evenings overlooking the lake. We definitely will be back!

Family Vacation

We come every year and stay in the same place, but it wasn't available this summer. This was a reccomendation from Vacasa as a close replacement. Great location on Little Lagoon. Cold AC, clean, good people, easy beach access… we’d stay here again!

Great location!

So much to love about this place. Perfectly situated on the lagoon and just a stone’s throw to the beach. Adults and kids all had a blast. A few Maintanence items needed but this all looks like normal wear and tear (two non working tvs and a very stained kitchen sink) but I would happily stay there again and again.

Great Location

Front porch faces water on Little Lagoon, with dock, sandy little beach area, short walk to Gulf beach. Nice pool. Dead end road away from traffic. 3-4 miles from HangOut so less noise. Super patrolled for a safe stay. I had same day response from Vacasa for a couple things during my Snow bird stay.

Great location and easy walk to the beach - plus no steps on the wooden pier, which is great for a wagon! Beautiful sunsets. Tons of kitchen appliances and supplies for cooking in (s&s seafood is close and has great fresh fish). But not a 5 star because of the following reasons…The WiFi had issues constantly so we couldn’t ever watch tv. And I didn’t want to go to the hassle talking to customer support about it while I’m on vacation so that was unfortunate. Also the master room, king bed upstairs was warmer than the whole house and didn’t cool off as easily. The rest of the house was nice and chilly when needed during the night, but not the king room upstairs. Had to buy a box fan.

Blessed. One amazing place! This find made our vacation so much more amazing.

We were so blessed to find this house to rent. It was perfect for out little family. The kids were able to fish off the dock in the back and look for critters on the shore line. We had the option to go down with them or stay on the wonderful porch and watch them from there. The pool was directly on the other side of the house so again, it was perfect for being right there beside the house. The beach was a short walk down the driveway and across the street. The house had plenty of room for us. It was clean! The sheets were white and clean. The beds were comfy. We did have an issue with black ants in the kitchen that didn't last long. The AC was soaking the drive way but it was fixed within a day or two. These were not huge complications for us at all. Every room had a tv which was super convenient. The wifi was good. The multiple remotes were a bit confusing in the livingroom but we figured it out. It's a short drive to the stores, restaurants, and attractions. This place was perfect for us. The neighbor was nice as well. Can not say enough how much we enjoyed our stay with y'all. Thank you for making our vacation stay amazing. We'd love to come back and stay here again for sure! This property was wonderful!

Nice vacation home

We enjoyed our stay. Location is great with the lagoon in the backyard and the beach just a few steps away. Pool was small but nice. The kids enjoyed the small beach in the backyard. Short drive too restaurants and activities. Wi-Fi didn’t work would be my only complaint.

Perfect stay!

It’s located out of the chaos and traffic. Right on the water on the lagoon side with the dock/pier but literally 2 min walk to the beach just across the road. Best furnished kitchen we’ve ever had with rentals. Spacious and 3 full bathrooms!
