As you enter this eighth-floor condo, you'll be greeted by central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and cheerful decor that mimics the colors of the beach. There's a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, space to dine at both the breakfast bar and the farm table, and a Gulf-front living room with a TV and direct access to the balcony overlooking the beach. Additional amenities include a TV in each of the bedrooms and a private washer/dryer.

Ocean House is a beachfront property with a large, seasonal, zero-entry outdoor pool, a small kiddie pool, and a grilling area for you to enjoy. In this wonderfully central part of Gulf Shores, you'll be two miles west of Gulf State Park and only one mile from Gulf Shores Parkway - the thoroughfare that's home to Waterville USA and dozens of popular restaurants, eateries, ice cream parlors, activities, and attractions.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
