Hillside view with hot tub

Large vacation home located at the top of a private drive with beautiful view of the hills. Fully stocked kitchen with everything needed for a family holiday gathering - 2 ovens, 2 microwaves, warming drawer, spare fridg/freezer in garage. Large TV in each bedroom and in living rooms. Balcony attached to upstairs bedroom with patio furniture and heater; dining and seating areas on back patio with fire table, heaters, and hot tub. Gas and pellet BBQs, hibachi/teppanyaki grill.

The whole house (kitchen and dining area, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, balcony, back patio with dining, fire table, hot tub minus the master bedroom suite (which is locked). Access to fridge, freezer, laundry room, beach equipment and outdoor games in garage.

You will have use of the entire property including back yard, hot tub, fire pit table and picnic area. Also included are pellet and gas BBQs and a hibachi/teppanyaki grill. Well stocked kitchen with super-automatic espresso maker (plug in milk carafe and push a button - machine does the rest!) Extra refrigerator/freezer in garage for additional storage needs. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and two living rooms (both living rooms have queen size sofa beds and there is also a queen size cabinet bed in upstairs living room). Laundry room in garage. EV & Tesla charger included.

You will have sole use of the property during your stay. Owners can be reached by phone or text message anytime! We live 15 minutes away if you need anything!

3 miles from beaches, including Oceano Dunes vehicle park. Walking distance to The Village, with shopping, restaurants, and bars. Many local wineries. Scenic hiking trails and bike lanes throughout the town.

Master suite upstairs is locked and is not pictured nor advertised as part of this listing but is available additionally as a separate listing under “Hillside View Luxury”. Tools in garage are for owner’s use and are locked. There is also a locked housekeepers’ room.

Amazing

This was by far one of the best we have ever stayed at. The hosts were more than accommodating and available for any questions we had. The home itself was beautiful and equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. The many extra touches were an added bonus, from the hot tub, yard furniture, comfortable beds, TVs, kitchen supplies, etc. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area.

I will really recommend this place for a big group with kids. It was very clean and spacious.

Our experience was amazing for being our first time ever renting. Our host was very nice person and communicated everything that we needed to know about the place. Overall we loved our stay and everybody enjoyed themselves! Will definitely stay here again :)

Joy over Thanksgiving

Clean, comfortable and inviting. From daily cappuccinos, to evening hot tubbing everything worked perfectly. We had well appointed bedrooms - with warm seats on our toilets to simple to operate bidet controls - large TVs and excellent beds with all the blankets we needed. We felt as though we’d had a stay in a 5 star residence. Highly recommend!

First trip to SLO

This property was nothing short of spectacular! The hosts were amazing and the house was better than expected. It was able to fit my whole family with room to spare. Best Vacation Rental Ever

My family & I want to rate the property much higher than what is allowed by the VRBO system. The property gets 10 stars out of 5 in all categories. Highly recommended, well-furnished and very clean. Birthday celebration!

I wanted to plan a 67th birthday celebration with a few friends. This was the perfect spot. Everything was just perfect ! Close to down Tammy, “the village” ; beautiful views! Plenty of space; hot tub; high end appliances etc. we all had nothing but good to say about our stay ! We will definitely book this home again

Perfect Family Gathering

The host went above and beyond to provide everything we would need to enjoy our beach stay, boogie boards, towels, beach wagon and more! The house came with everything we needed to entertain 3 generations. The house has so much space to enjoy a variety of activities. Multiple bbq’s and refrigerators made preparing large family meals. Every amenity of a fine hotel was provided including a wonderful welcoming basket and wine. Our stay was perfection!

The Nephews Wedding

This place was rented by me for my Italian family. Parents, Aunt, wife, brother, daughter and the critical judge of all my cousin. Well, cousin Stephen (thats me) was a genius for having us all stay together because this place was more than perfect. The toilets are heated the towel racks are heated. The coffee machine is one of the best brands on the market and this is just the beginning. I would love to read a neagtive review of this home just so I could laugh at the fool who wrote it. Located on a private lane and the neighbor smiles and waves at us. Kitchen is so well stocked and the design is useful and intuitive. Actually, this kitchen offered way more than anyone could expect. I am beyond extremely pleased and can’t find the words. The owners communications were by email and were prompt and somenhow delivered with a kind tone. He even helped my parents out remotely when they left the wedding early and could not get back into the home. The lock on the fromt door is an active code and easy to use. My brother was with my parents and communicated with the owner and he let them in immediately. They could not believe that the owner was so prompt and helpful. I could go on and on but you have to experience this home for yourself.

Family Gathering

We had a wonderful time gathering as a family at John and Julie's home! They have done a fabulous job outfitting this home with great amenities to make their guests feel comfortable and welcome! We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the expresso machine and had a great corn hole competition! Thank you for hosting us and we will definitely be back soon!

It was like being in Disneyland's Future home in Tomorrowland

Incredible place to stay at it with all the modern conveniences.... beyond imagination! The pantry was stocked with food, spices galore, a coffee latte machine, delightful jacuzzi, heated toilet seat... In the garage were washer and dryer, ping pong table, and many other games. It was an Amazing and great location! Less than 10 minutes to Pismo Beach and equally close to the Monarch Butterfly Grove! We had a group of 12* and it was absolutely perfect with plentiful indoor seating and outdoor seating and eating areas. (*actually think 10 would be the ideal number so you wouldn't have to open the downstairs sofa bed). Communication with the owner was superb!! Very accomodating and responsive! Thank you, we have wonderful memories from our stay!

Weekend with Family and Friends

This property is so well appointed- truly designed for visitors. Everyone had such an amazing time and the space was comfortable and clean (minor issues like a wrapper left under the bed). Great access to the downtown portion of Arroyo Grande (a drive but very brief). I cannot say enough good things about this property and the finishes. We loved everything about it and will likely make this our new spot to gather!

They thought of everything

The house was beautiful. All the amenities made for a wonderful time. There was 9 of us, including my 94 year old grandmother who has mobility issues, and the house was easy to use for everyone. The kids enjoyed the game room and the adults loved the coffee/espresso bar. The whole family was impressed with the technology in the house and we loved the fantastic kitchen. We look forward to staying there again and regretted not staying longer.

Perfectly set up for families and friends!

John and Julie~ Had such a wonderful stay at your home, thank you so much for all of the extras on top of the necessities you've thought of! Everything was perfect and just as nice as the photos. We travelled from out of town for our daughters wedding at Lopez Lake Recreation Venue, it was a very busy weekend and having such an ideal home base so nearby made the weekend even better:) Hope to revisit soon and check out Pismo and downtown Arroyo Grande. Oh and wow we all agreed super comfortable beds, top of the line TV's home theatre system for music and appliances (hoping to experience more next time!) Thanks again! The Niemanns + Friends

All furnishings and fixtures are high-end and not what you would find in the standard rental home. We splurged on things like bidet toilets, towel warmers, fully-automated espresso maker, good quality furniture and linens, a hot tub and fully furnished BBQ and patio set-up for entertaining…. The location is private (at the top of a hill) and walking distance to “The Village”, were you can find numerous dining, drinking, and shopping opportunities. We are 3 miles from the only off-road vehicle-accessible beach in California at Pismo Dunes. The average temperature is 75 degrees year-round.
