Welcome to Hummingbird House, a peaceful retreat on a private 2-acre property near the base of the Huachuca Mountains.
With two king bedrooms, beautiful mountain views, comfortable indoor living spaces and a newly improved backyard, the home is designed for couples, families, friends and longer stays in Sierra Vista.
THE HOME
The three-bedroom, two-bath home sleeps up to six guests:
• Primary suite — king bed, organic-cotton bedding, room-darkening shades and private ensuite bathroom
• Second bedroom — king bed, organic-cotton bedding and room-darkening shades
• Third bedroom — two twin beds plus a full-size crib
The home also includes a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, comfortable living spaces, reliable Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, and a washer and dryer.
OUTDOOR LIVING
Step outside to a spacious backyard designed for relaxing and spending time together. Enjoy the covered patio, outdoor dining, propane grill, wood-burning fire pit, turf play area, large children's playground and outdoor seating, all surrounded by the open feel of the property's two-acre setting.
FOR FAMILIES
Younger guests have plenty of room to play, and the home includes a full-size crib, Pack ’n Play, high chair, children's dinnerware, books and toys. The playground and turf provide additional outdoor space without making Hummingbird House exclusively a family destination.
COMFORTABLE FOR LONGER STAYS
Two king beds, a full kitchen, laundry, workspace, Wi-Fi and practical everyday amenities make the home equally comfortable for extended visits, temporary assignments and guests spending more time in Sierra Vista.
LOCATION
Hummingbird House offers a quiet setting near the Huachuca Mountains while remaining convenient to Sierra Vista and Fort Huachuca. The area is known for exceptional birding and outdoor recreation, with Ramsey Canyon, Carr Canyon, the San Pedro Riparian area and Coronado National Memorial nearby. Bisbee, Tombstone and Sonoita-Elgin wine country also make easy day trips.
Whether you're here to explore southeastern Arizona, visit family, spend time outdoors, work locally or simply slow down for a few days, Hummingbird House offers a comfortable home base with room to settle in.

By booking this property, renter agrees to the following house rules:

HOUSE RULES
-No parties, events or large gatherings.
-No illegal activity anywhere on the property. This applies to off road vehicle restrictions, illicit drug use, and internet activity.
-Max number of guests, including children, is 6. Violation of this rule is subject to a $50 penalty per person per night.
-No shoes in the house.
-No animals of any kind.
-No smoking.
-No pots, pans or sharp knives in the dishwasher. Please wash these items by hand.
-No food or drinks in the bedrooms.
-Quiet hours from 10 pm-7 am.
-Primary renter minimum age requirement is 25.
-If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
-Renters must vacate the property at the check out time. There is a $100 per hour fee if the renter fails to vacate the property on time for any reason.
