Beachfront Classic Florida Family Home

Amazing, Instagram worthy, ocean front views directly on the beach! Walk out the door & into the sand to a very large private yard with a picnic table, lounge chairs and Adirondack chairs too.

Newly renovated kitchen with every item you may need for cooking and serving.
A breakfast area is off the kitchen and leads into a dining area and a large living room. A smart TV and comfortable sectional couches are great for relaxing and viewing the beach through big picture windows.

Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms.
Bedroom Description
Room 1: king bed, flat screen smart TV
Room 2: TWO full beds
Room 3: Queen bed
Room 4: Queen bed (must walk through room 3 to access)
Upstairs Hall Nook: one twin bed (for overflow sleeping or a fun place for the kids to snuggle up with a book)
The upstairs bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
Private outdoor shower on the side of the house, for a quick rinse off or a full outdoor enclosed shower! Small dressing rooms on either side, for bathing suit change or dry off and get dressed for the rest of your day.

Full sized washer and dryer, as well as a full sized spare refrigerator can be found in the garage, along with a half bath and a Tesla charger.
Provided for you:
- All linens, including bath towels, beach towels and bedding
- Beach chairs
- Beach sand toys
- Kitchen necessities (toaster, drip coffee machine, blender, juicer, bar-ware)
- Children’s plates, cups, bowls and utensils

This beachfront home was fantastic! It was fully stocked and very family friendly. It was super clean and Linda responded quickly when we had a question. We would definitely stay again :)

We loved the location. So close to our family who all live on Gulf Blvd. So nice to walk out and have coffee in the morning. Kitchen and Living room so comfortable. Master Bedroom also comfortable. Only problem was minimal bathrooms then we are used to...but with a view like we had we survived the close quarters for 4 nights. Thank you for everything. Loved our Pink House on the Beach!

Our family loved staying at this home. The beach is just outside the back door and the panoramic windows are perfect for watching the sun set over the gulf. There were also plenty of beach supplies to keep my son entertained for hours. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were firm but comfy. The AC worked great. I do wish there was a secondary bathroom on the ground level of the house but nothing to be done about that! Overall we had so much fun and would definitely stay again

This is an excellent location to stay. It was nice that any of us could walk right in the beach anytime but also felt safe enough for the kids to stay in the house also. Fantastic communication with the owner!!!

Fantastic place to stay!!

I stayed here on a family trip and we loved the property. It had great amenities and a fantastic view. It is right on the beach so you can walk out the back door and you are at the ocean. The property owner went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. I would highly recommend.

Pink house at Indian rocks

Our family of 4 had a great time at this home. It was everything we needed to unwind and disconnect. Right on the beach, meaning we could watch the waves all day from the house if we wanted. Would definitely go back. The owner is kind and responsive. The house has everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

What a wonderful place to stay!

College friends from 1976ish .. we had a wonderful relaxing time reconnecting... perfect location and access to anything you need. Seamless communication with Linda and very accommodating. We'll be back!
