Let our home be your oasis during your next Sonoma County vacation. Our spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has two living rooms with plenty of seating for everyone. Plenty of resources to cook in or play board games with the family.

One bedroom (queen) and 3/4 bathroom are located downstairs, with the other two (queen) bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom outside in the hall, the master bedroom (king) is located upstairs with lofted ceilings and ensuite bathroom.

Excellent stay

We were traveling with our four children - ages ranging from 9 months old to 7 years old - and my sister for a wedding in Healdsburg. The home is very comfortable and well stocked. My kids were so excited to find lots of toys available for them to play with. Thank you!!

No hot water

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We had one major issue that we’d like to be compensated for. The biggest issue was the lack of hot water. A plumber had to come at 9 pm Friday night after realizing in the afternoon, the heater wasn’t working. They temporarily fixed and had to replace Saturday, not allowing us to flush toilets for a while when the water had to be turned off. We weren’t able to bath our children Friday night after a long day which was made the experience miserable.

Perfect Family Holiday Getaway

Our family came together from different ends of the state and stayed in this lovely home over Thanksgiving. We found the home beautifully decorated, clean and well stocked. We were grateful for the extra amenities like the hair dryer, laundry soap and self inflating mattress. Erica was easy to connect with and had answers for all of my questions. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Wine tasting get-away

The house was perfect for four couples - lots of room and privacy. Kitchen was well-appointed and furniture was new and very comfortable. Location is great for visiting Healdsburg and local wineries.

A fabulous place to relax!

My family converged upon Windsor for my brother's wedding, and Erica's home was a wonderful, quiet haven away from the wedding fray. The house was absolutely perfect for us, with our three family units having their own dedicated space. The beds were so comfortable, and the rooms were so quiet - everything was beautifully appointed, and Erica was a phenomenal communicator as I worked to coordinate things on my side. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Great House, great location, very clean, fresh linens on beds. very nice. only one comment, the bottom bedroom: can hear every flush of both toliets coming from upstaires and you can hear every shower/bathwater running coming from both upstaires bathrooms, very very loud for guest in that one bedroom downstairs. We would stay again.

Wine Tasting Weekend

Erica's house is extremely clean and inviting. Our group of 8 had plenty of space to hang out and be comfortable in this home! The beds are very comfortable. The dining room seating is great for a large group. We grilled both nights, and the kitchen is well-appointed making cooking at the house a snap. The neighborhood is friendly and conveniently located to ample wineries for a fun wine tasting weekend. The house is also 15 minutes from Whole Foods and 8 minutes from a movie theater! We would stay here again!

Great overall stay! A couple pieces of feedback...

Overall, really appreciated this experience. The property was clean, in an excellent location, and the property owner/manager was a pleasure to work with. The AC was clutch in the heat! We were here for a low key bachelorette weekend to do some wine tasting, would def stay here again! Only feedback, in no way deal breakers but helpful to know: the disposal bin outside is rather small! Only takes a few bags of trash- which for a bachelorette weekend with 7 girls was easy to fill! Also, the kitchen did not have very many pots or pans- so come prepared! Otherwise, highly recommend!

Very nice and clean home. Worked very well for the 7 of us including our 3 grandsons. The owner was very friendly and the home had everything we needed.

Nice house. Worked well for three couples. Everyone had their own bathroom. We like to make breakfast before we head out. Could use more pots and pans.

Great vacation

Stayed in this house for 5 nights with 2 other couples. We've had a great time. There's plenty of space for multiple concurrent conversations without interfering with each other. I like my mattress firmer and pillows softer but it's very subjective. Still I slept well which rearly happens in the new places for me.

Big birthday celebration

We traveled as a family to wine country and really enjoyed our vacation. This home is in an ideal location close to many wineries, shops, and restaurants. It is well distributed and great for large groups. The host is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Other than an issue with the lock at check in, we had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful home in lovely quiet neighborhood.

Everything in the house is new. Beautifully decorated and all dishes, towels etc are also new and match. Erica was incredibly responsive. One note: the refrigerator is empty so if you want to cook you need to bring staples.

Weekend Getaway

We were three couples wanting to spend a relaxed weekend together, enjoying drinks, food and each other’s company. We chose Windsor and found this house close to town. It was perfect for us. It was clean, comfortable, and a quick Uber to everywhere we wanted to go. We loved the Russian River Brewing Company, Barley & Bine and Omelette Express.

Excellent property and location

The home is just as is pictured. It is in a very lovely neighborhood close to downtown, with lots of restaurants and parks. The owner is very responsive. My favorite part of the house was the Nest thermostat which maintained cool temps on the second floor!
