Perched on a wooded hill, this large, sunny entertainer's dream of a home boasts city views and close proximity to wineries, restaurants, parks, shopping, ocean, river, hiking, and biking. A big, spacious property perfect for large groups, and ideal for indoor/outdoor living. And yet, there are several private seating areas/decks/hot tub from which to take in the view in relative solitude.

All our furniture is brand new, having created this experience from scratch just for our guests. Comfortable beds, fresh linens and towels, a modern kitchen with Viking range, and inviting seating and conversation areas inside and out make this the perfect place to get away to.

A short drive from Healdsburg, Dry Creek Valley, Napa Valley, Russian River Valley, Sonoma Valley, Annadel State Park hiking and biking, Spring Lake, and 30 mins from the Pacific Ocean, this one has it all...come on up!

As a licensed operator in the City of Santa Rosa, we must ask for strict adherence to the laws the city has enacted: no events or large parties, no amplified music outdoors, and quiet hours begin at 9pm. Fines of up to $5000 can be levied on guests who violate these rules. Thanks for your understanding!

The house was exactly as advertised and very clean. It had a fully equipped kitchen . The beds were super comfy. The outdoor living space was great, with a fire pit and hot tub. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Gary was a great host and super quick to answer any questions. There was no propane when we arrived, so he delivered fresh tanks very quickly.

Perfect property for our whole family (11 total) who range in age from 87 to 14 months with everything in between. We never felt cramped or on top of each other and the layout of the house was perfect for early rises as well as late night owls as all the bedrooms are practically sound proof. The house was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and more, including a high chair and playpen. The kitchen/great-room was the perfect gathering space for all and the multiple hidden decks and small spaces around the house and backyard allowed for quiet times when someone needed a break. All in all we had a wonderful time being able to stay all together and would highly recommend this property for families and big groups or anyone who wants to feel like they are at home away from home.

Nice property, but could use a leaf blower

Overall our stay was very nice and Gary was a responsive host. I'll start by saying the house was beautiful and as shown in the listing. However, we were disappointed by the condition of the backyard, which was a huge draw for us renting this property, as it was a mess. There were leaves and spider webs all over the sitting areas and the outdoor dining table and kitchen were incredibly dirty. We cleaned this area so we could make use of the backyard, and informed him for the benefit of future guests. I hope this is taken care of in the future.

The property was amazing for our group, clean, comfortable beds, enough towels, plenty of room especially since we used the downstairs space. The backyard was perfect, gas fire pit and plenty of seating. I would recommend this property for large groups.

Lovely home in a wonderful location

We stayed in the house for a girls weekend to Sonoma County and has an amazing stay. The house was clean with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of space for 11 people. Gary was extremely responsive both before and during our stay, and helped us answer any questions we might have had. We would highly recommend the house for any groups!

Nice house

The house was perfect for a large group and was in a great location to access all the wonderful wineries in the area! One thing not very clear in the listing was the steep, curved driveway, which may have changed our vehicle plans had we known. Also, the house could have been cleaner - it was a little dusty, the windows were grimy, and carpets were stained. No extra toilet paper or paper towels either which was a problem for a large group. Overall though, the outdoor area was very relaxing and it was a great stay for our group.

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! Gary has a beautiful home. It is clean, organized and the backyard is a big plus. We enjoyed sitting outside by the fire pit. Gary was a great communicator. Thank you for hosting us! We recommend staying here- especially for a large group wanting to enjoy the wine country area!

Great weekend getaway house

My girlfriends and I had a fun weekend together celebrating my upcoming wedding. The house was spacious for our group and the deck was perfect for dinners outside and enjoying the surrounding tall trees. Gary was also great with communication. Of note, the driveway is very steep getting up to the house so some cars may find that challenging.

Spacious home in a convenient location!

Gary was a great host - he was very communicative before and during our stay. The location is conveniently located in Santa Rosa and close to activities in neighboring towns of Sebastapol and Sonoma. Great house for a group of friends - we were there for a girls weekend and it worked perfectly!

Great Stay

Beautiful house and amenities. Owner was sweet to leave us a bottle of wine. Great communication about how to park. Also, great response when we texted with any questions. The house could use more bath towels as well as tissue paper when it is advertised to hold up to 14 people.

Great property for a group

Great house for our family reunion! Lots of comfortable beds, well stocked large kitchen, tons of indoor and outdoor seating for eating and conversation, great hot tub and fire pit, plenty of extra pillows, blankets, towels, etc. Best of all, Gary was very helpful, responsive and welcoming

Family Fun

We rented both spaces and had 19 people- 10 adults, 1 teenager, 7 children, 1 baby. It was very comfortable stay. Each couple had their own bedroom, the children were on the pull out couches- the cousins loved getting to sleep by each other in common spaces and the four bathrooms meant there was always one you could use. The kitchen was great for making meals for everybody and so were the tables for eating. The hot tub was enjoyable too. The host was quick to respond to any questions and he called right when we arrived to tell us about parking and see if there was anything we needed.

Great home with fun outdoor area in Santa Rosa

All of us had a great stay at this listing. With the exception of some hot tub issues for one night, it was perfect. Appreciate the closet full of comforters and towels, and the fire pit. Overall I would highly recommend this place for a group gathering.

Great Venue for a Golf and Wine Outing

Perfect house to get away and play some golf and visit wineries. Very Spacious inside with lots of space for all. The patio is a great place to have a nice BBQ and enjoy the outdoors.

I have been a short-term rental host for over ten years now, and this is my newest property. I believe we are pretty good at knowing what makes for a good experience with my guests. I am married and live just a mile away from the property with my wife, Stacy, which means we are always available to deal with any unexpected issues that arise.
My career is in the mortgage business, and I have been in finance business for most of my career. When not working we enjoy entertaining, sports, live music, wine tasting, fine dining, golf, skiing, boating, antiquing, gardening and reading.
I am a Santa Rosa native so I know my way around a little bit. I take great pride in our lovely area and getting to live the wine country lifestyle every day. I love getting to host guests at my homes so that they can get a taste of what Sonoma Wine Country has to offer. Welcome to our home!

It's very easy to live in, and the outdoor area is perfect for enjoying the view and cooking, dining and relaxing, whether it's around the fire pit or in the hot tub. We are also very centrally-located, with easy access to all the major wine regions, including Napa Valley, Sonoma Valley, Russian River Valley, Dry Creek, Alexander Valley, Healdsburg, and Sonoma all within 20-30 minutes. And Santa Rosa offers many great shopping and dining options, all within ten minutes of our door. I know you and your group will enjoy this spacious and well-appointed and newly furnished home!
