Lovely comfortable unit , spacious, quietClose to grocery and multiple restaurants. Short drive to Bethany Boardwalk. Lots of wildlife to see Geese Deer Fox Groundhogs Birds ….We are in our 70’s and we love this place

We loved every minute of our stay in Bethany Bay. Barbara was a very responsive and helpful host. This was our second stay in this unit, and we plan to return soon for another stay.

As always, the place was excellent. The host was available when needed. We love staying at this condo. Barbara is a joy as a host. This was the first time for our little shih Tzu, Buddy. He loved sitting on the screened in porch watching the geese and sea gulls. We will definitely be returning next year.

Our second time staying here and it was wonderful! Everything we were looking for and beautiful quiet and relaxing. Super easy to check in and wonderful host and communication with them. Can’t recommend this rental enough.

Very well stocked kitchen. Best ofvthe 3 properties we stayed at during our 3 week adventure. Nice grounds. Wish there was a comfy chair on the back patio. If she upgrades the bed and linens in the front bedroom this could be a 5 star stay. That bed is beyond needing the mattress replaced. Every pillow was so flat too. I slept poorly and left with a back ache.

I definitely am very open to constructive criticism however my guests that stay with me usually let me know these things directly so I get a chance to fix them if I can during their stay . Ironically that mattress will be replaced during the off-season . I could’ve definitely helped you with a more comfortable chair on our porch. We have high chairs and high table on our porch so our guests can enjoy the beautiful view . Unfortunately, with lower chairs.our view is somewhat blocked. thanks again for staying with us and hope to have you back again sometime soon. Barbara

My mom and I stayed 3 nights at this gorgeous property for a mid week mini-break. We were accompanied by our family pup Spunky. We loved the peace and quiet, being surrounded by nature's beauty, and being so comfy in this lovely apartment. We enjoyed Bethany Beach - just 15 minutes drive - and also took a 30 minute drive to Dewey Beach so that Spunky could have some beach time with us. *Dewey Beach allows dogs after 5pm, all summer long, just go online and get a DE license for your pup beforehand.

Absolutely beautiful and spacious condo. You will immediately feel like you are on a beach vacation. Everything was very comfortable. The back porch was our favorite place to sit out and gaze at the water. Barbara is an incredibly thoughtful and communicative host, she made sure we had everything we needed. Can't wait to come back.

Lovely, ground-level condo with a fantastic screened in porch and views of a pond and the bay beyond. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was the perfect 3-night getaway for our family of 3 and our older dog.

Our stay was wonderful! The condo was exactly as it was represented. Barbara was a wonderful host. She answered all my questions before we arrived and made our stay perfect. We brought kayaks and stored them in our truck. There is a boat ramp on the property and we used that to launch. It is a perfect spot to see wildlife and enjoy the sound of the water. It’s also a great place to walk with a nature trail right on the property. The pool was great too! The condo itself is quite large and very comfortable with a screened in deck area. It was AMAZING!

Barbara is the best!! Her communication is excellent. If you have a question or problem she gets back to you in a timely fashion. She definitely goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. This is our second stay in Barbara's condo. The condo is clean, welcoming and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is stocked with your basic needs so that you can cook in if you would like. The views from this location are stunning. You can see the Indian River Bridge which is beautiful especially at night. You wake up to a view of a fountain that you can see outside the master bedroom and family room. Bethany Bay is very relaxing. We definitely will be booking this condo again!!

We got to stay for our third visit this time in the Spring. We can honestly say we enjoyed our previous Fall visits but now love the Spring time as well. The water and sunrise views each morning were our highlight. We also found more wildlife (deer, geese, ducks, cormorants, orioles, foxes, turtles, and even those elusive fairway golfers) were out and about all around Bethany Bay. Many restaurants are all close by and we are beginning to keep a list of our favorites. Barbara is a wonderful host and her condo has everything anyone could need for a relaxing stay. We highly recommend the condo and are looking forward to our return trip soon.

This was a wonderful property! Super great safe neighborhood. Wonderfully clean. Great communication with the host and all recommendations were spot on. One of the nicest places we have stayed in when renting thru VRBO. Loved everything about this place and our time there.
