This was a wonderful property! Super great safe neighborhood. Wonderfully clean. Great communication with the host and all recommendations were spot on. One of the nicest places we have stayed in when renting thru VRBO. Loved everything about this place and our time there.

The first floor condo was perfect. Has everything we needed and a great view of the pond and Indian River Bay just a bit further. Enjoyed the entire trip. Barbara was very helpful and considerate in meeting all our needs.

My wife and I stayed for nearly a week. The apartment was very clean and in a grreat location, in the Bethany Beach area. It was also well stocked with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We love staying at this handicap accessible property, dog friendly tooVery responsive to needs, very clean and well stocked. This is our second time, hopefully we can come back again. The back porch is lovely for morning coffee.

This property is at a nice quiet spot and very nice and calming. Altough the sofa good be more comfortable. And it would be helpful for some grab bars in shower to prevent falling. But overall it was a nice vacation.

Wonderful place

We had an awesome stay, views are wonderful and a short walk to pool. The beach can sometimes take half hour to get to because of the traffic on route 26. Barbara is wonderful owner and wonderful to work with.

Return guests are our favorite 😎 We are glad that you enjoyed it so much. unfortunately from July 4 week to the middle of August is the busiest time of the summer to visit. I usually tell my new guests that are coming in the area about leaving early to go to the beach, leaving early to go to dinner. It’s a very popular place to vacation. June is a great time to come before the Fourth of July week and of course anytime after the middle of August . Using the side back roads to go around 26 is the best option and getting an early start. This property was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed and the storage unit had lots of beach and sport’s equipment. Also the community was well kept.

Barbara is awesome she goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. The condo is very welcoming. You can feel the stress melting away the moment you walk in. The condo is beautifully decorated and clean. The location is perfect with beautiful views of the bay and Indian River Bridge. We had a great time!!

This place is beautiful and very relaxing. Very thing is so clean, and the host is so great. She gives you great instructions for coming and going. If you have any concerns she addresses them right away. Kitchen is great, fully stocked with everything you need. We keep coming back because of how nice the owner is and how clean it is. Close to the beaches and everything there is to do.

Bethany Bay was perfect. The condo was super nice and the community was well kept. We especially enjoyed the pool and seeing all the wild life. Tons of deer all the time at night, and turtles, birds, ducks.. and everyone’s dogs! Barbara was also so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely be staying there again in the future

We appreciated you staying with us and taking such good care of it . as far as the kitchen lighting that’s the first I’ve heard that mentioned but they are on dimmers maybe you had the dimmers on low ? but I will look into the bulbs . Relaxing Vacation

We spent a peaceful week in Ocean View, staying in a comfortable condo that felt like home. Our days were filled with birdwatching, beach visits, and cooking in the fully stocked kitchen — the perfect way to unwind. The area is calm, scenic, and a great spot for a low-key getaway. Highly recommend if you’re looking to slow down and enjoy nature. Can’t beat that view.

My husband and I are local to Delaware and we grew up going to the Delaware beaches. We live in the Ocean View area we both went to college in Delaware and work here as well. As you can see we are big fans of the first state !



Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We fell in love with this property . We always wanted our own little oasis to escape to. This condo appealed to us for various reasons . The fact that it was a first floor unit with no stairs attracted us lugging groceries up two flights of stairs did not excite us. The water view from this unit is breathtaking . The open floor plan provides a panoramic water view off the screened porch . My husband and I thought this was perfect spot for us the maintenance free setting appealed to us . We thoroughly enjoy our little piece of paradise.
