From the entrance, the layout divides the two living areas:
West side:
- A living room with sofa, armchair, and dining area, opening onto a terrace equipped with a dining table and small outdoor lounge.
- A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), large wardrobe, smart TV, and en-suite shower room with washbasin.
East side:
- A bedroom with a sofa bed (140x200 cm), smart TV, and private shower room.
- An independent, fully equipped kitchen with a delightful sea view.
A private covered parking space is available at the foot of the residence.

From Nice Airport: about 30 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes train station: 10 minutes by car or 35 minutes on foot.
