1,100 sq ft Downtown loft apartment in the heart of the City of Salem Oregon. This brand new apartment has high ceilings and aerial city views. Everything turned out lovely, from the quartz countertops to the carpets. You have every amenity and are in the center of the City. 1/2 block from the Willamette Riverfront park, all the cool restaurants, and bars/coffee shops. You will want for nothing, it is all at your fingertips. Come stay downtown and enjoy some City Living with all the convenience.
I am so excited to share this new listing and brand new apartment. Built in the heart of the city where everyone wants to stay and play. 2 bedrooms one with a king-size bed and a queen, each room has its own sink and vanity. Full-size washer and dryer and all gas appliances. AC, cable TV, and internet are all included. If you walk a 1/2 block west you will end up at the downtown Salem Willamette Riverfront park where you can walk along the river, do yoga in the park, and attend an outdoor church service on Sunday mornings. If you walk a 1/2 block to the south you will find shopping and restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. You are 5 blocks from the Oregon State Capitol building and Willamette University. We cater to tourists and traveling professionals who value experiencing urban settings. Feel free to tour our Oregon State Capitol, historic state archives, historic downtown Salem shopping district, and theaters, gardens, and museums. We also cater to visiting parents and family members of students and others attending or affiliated with Willamette University or Law School, legislators, Salem Convention Center attendees, and those coming to enjoy our Mid-Willamette wine country. Whether it is one to four guests, the entire loft apartment is your private space. It includes one parking space for a car.
This is not a self check in unit. Please make arrangement with me for you check in process. You enter through the alley door and will be given a code so you can self-check in. You will also be given a parking space number for next door and your private spot, back by the alley door entrance.

My name is Angela Jones, I grew up and have lived in Salem for the majority of my life. It is my home and I am so excited to share it with visitors! I have twin boys Max and Sam, who I am currently using my vacation rentals income to help put them both through college! My boys are my world, and I am proud of both of them.
I am also an Arbonne Independent Consultant. Arbonne provides pure, safe and beneficial health and beauty products. Our products are made for those that don't want to use harsh chemicals and want true results in their health and their looks!
As I got closer to having to start paying for my boys college, I decided to launch my vacation rental business Salemstays.com with my Downtown Salem Loft. a 2400 sq ft "New York Style Loft" Apartment in the oldest historical building in downtown Salem. I quickly realized this was my nitch, I was great at hosting guests and providing beautiful, affordable lodging in our Capitol City and Greater Willamette Valley and so it began. My vacation rental company is SalemStays. Currently I have 17 vacation rentals in Salem, 3 in Lincoln City at the Oregon Coast. I love the hospitality business and supplying guests with beautiful, comfortable, and usable spaces to stay in for a much more reasonable price than staying in a hotel.
I love to get to know all my guests and to make new connections. I hope you stay with me if you ever come to Salem OR or the Greater Willamette Valley
