The house was so amazing and super clean, my favorite part was the shower! We spent 2 nights here with our 2 kids and everything was perfect in distance. I was nervous to stay in a hotel with a 2 year old and 6 year old with autism, so this was absolutely perfect for us! Would definitely come back again!

We loved everything about this home. Such a warm welcoming atmosphere. So fresh and clean and there was everything we needed to cook a few nights. The bedroom is large and plenty of space to unpack. The bed is so comfortable. The shower was lovely! And a washer and dryer was a plus. The host was super responsive. We walked the neighborhood several times and felt very safe. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Denver. Thank you

Amazing Experience – Highly Recommend!

I had an amazing stay. The home was extremely clean and cozy, and it was the perfect place to relax. It’s in a very quiet and nice neighborhood, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The host was super responsive and great at communicating, which made everything smooth and stress-free. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm and comfortable getaway!

Absolutely Lovely

We stayed overnight on a trip headed East. We loved it, and booked it for our trip back through on our way home. Clean, comfortable, nice area. It's a separate building, allowing for privacy. There's a wonderful little "business district" with stores, restaurants and bars within a vrey short drive. Absolutely would recommend.

Nice Guest House in a Quiet Neighbourhood

We really enjoyed this spot as a home base for exploring the Denver area. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood in the evenings. The place was bright, clean and well equipped. There were no issues and the host was very nice. Great value for the price.

Great Little Denver Suburb Stay

If you're looking for a rural, small-town getaway on the outer edge of Denver, this is the place. Close enough to I-25 that you can easily get to anywhere around Denver, but far enough away that you're not dealing with tons of traffic.

We absolutely loved our stay in this guesthouse. It was cute, cozy, and felt like somewhere we could live comfortably. We were excited to come back each night after our adventures to rest and rejuvenate! It was just the right size for my husband and I. Loved it

“Tranquil and serene”

Great accommodations. My wife and I stayed here for our 13th anniversary. It is in a perfect location for all the major attractions……Colorado Springs is an hour and a half south and Estes Park and RMNP is a little over an hour northwest. Great neighborhood. Easy to find. Will be staying here in the future as long as it’s available.

Took this trip with my sister and brother we really liked it, it really felt like home. It is in a very quiet neighborhood, and not too far from Denver but more on rural side, which is what we like. Will definitely book again if I go back to Colorado. 😊

Exactly what we needed!

Our family of 4 (two littles) stayed here to visit family nearby. It was comfortable, clean, great air conditioner, and good water pressure. Clear instructions from the host.

Beautiful guest house

This was a beautiful guest house! Listing was accurate, bed was comfy, and house was stocked with necessities and extras. A/C worked well, and linens were plentiful and clean. Plenty of room to park. My only suggestion would be to add a chair or two in the living room area for extra seating (there is only one couch and it isn’t big).

We had planned to have a fun and exciting holiday but things took a turn for the worst. My daughter ended up on a life support system following a simple operation, our dear friend had a stroke, my sister was in a car accident and my niece in ICU from respiratory failure. But, your place was convenient for us to get to all hospitals and we did have a nice family get together thank you for everything!

Great Little Place

We very much enjoyed our stay at your place. Our son lives in Westminster and it was convenient to hang our with him during our stay. We also headed up to Estes and Rocky Mountain NP. The drive from the place was easy and did not take long. The place was nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable. Loved the shower. All the appliances worked well. We would definitely stay there again.

Needs some umff

We paid close to a thousand dollars for a 6 night stay. It is a new portable building in a backyard. It is pretty but plain, the a/c was really powerful. The unit smelled clean and looked well cared for. The unit was stocked with most creature comforts. However, it was not in line with the price. The sheets were soft but the towels were super thin. I guess the owner is an electrician. There are so maaaany obnoxious nighttime flood lights outside. I wish the unit had blackout curtains or an off switch. The light coming in the bedroom is like daylight. There is only one tv, in the living room. It’s nice and big with Netflix and other streaming services. There is not a tv in the bedroom. Bummer for me because I was here for medical treatment. There is only a couch to sit in the living room and no ottomans or chairs. The shower stall has marble tile. Beautiful but don’t touch it, you will slip and fall. It is so slippery when wet. There were numerous notices about not smoking. I mean numerous and one a little threatening. However, there is no smoking area outside. Just about 300 sqft of bare cement. We asked if there was lawn furniture we could use. There’s some stuff on their other patios. We were denied. We went to Home Depot and bought a camping chair, some night lights and a suction pull bar for rr. It all cost about $50. They asked for a 5 star review. And then they asked for us to clean the kitchen, set laundry in washroom and throw out the trash. After the $70 cleaning fee. Mmmh, I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels. The rating for this place is 3 stars. A living room chair, ottomans, some mood lighting and an outdoor space would really make this wallflower bloom.
