I was looking for a comfortable, homey feel, with a kitchen I could cook in & this place was perfect. The back yard was a great area to relax & visit. The beds were very comfy, nice neighborhood. Love the plants & the decor! Plan on staying there again next year.

Great Stay

Place was exactly as it looked online. The house has everything you need. Great town with lots of shops and some real cool restaurants. I highly recommend School House Kitchen. Great food and atmosphere.

Comfy condo in Arvada

This is a comfy condo in Arvada. Quiet and private. It had everything we needed and it is not too far from downtown Denver.

Lovely stay

First time in Colorado. The house was perfect quite neighborhood with a lot to do. We enjoyed walking around the lake and even enjoyed the pool. Neighbors were very nice. Loved the decor in the home. Great communication with the owner.

Nice stay

Clean home and comfortable. Would have liked another bathroom (half bath) for a family of 7…landscaping was overgrown, but area had a lot of rain. Overall, nice place to stay. Clean community and surrounding areas.

Perfect Location

It was a nice condo and a perfect location. We arrived after dark and there was no lighting along the path to the door and the porch light didn’t work. The inside of the place is very nice, but the outside needs a lot of weeding and clean up.

Westminster Getaway

This property was perfect for my husband and I to stay near our adult daughter and grandkids who live in Westminster. The neighborhood is so quiet day and night. The neighbors are friendly and the property is centrally located to Westminster but also very close to Downtown Arvada and Boulder. Our 9 year old granddaughter had sleepovers with us - she enjoyed the instruments and her own space in the loft. Would definitely recommend and stay at this property again.

It was fairly clean aside from a cheeto in one of the beds, a Gatorade container behind a i could reach and a pan of what u can only assum was bacon grease in the oven i was unaware of when i went to preheat the oven when making cookies with my daughter's. They're was no toilet paper when we arrived. Other wise it was gorgeous. Not super toddler friendly. Lots of breakable items. Jennifer was a great communicator super fast answered any and all questions i had. Unfortunately they were working on parking area while we were there. Which wasn't great for carrying groceries to and from the house. Did have community pool and playground really close by for the kids.

Lovely home close to outdoor activities

The home is spacious, cozy, and great for a group of people; there was a fire pit outside to hang around and a large kitchen to gather. In the neighborhood you’ll see bunnies and enjoying walking around, especially next to the lake. The place has an upstairs office space for 1 , if you remote work. Location wise, this place gains you 20 minutes to get to the Rockies or Estes. Downtown Arvada is worth checking out.

family weekend

Cute neighborhood and great condo. I would really suggest lighting to the door. It was so dark and overgrown with shrubbery on the walk to the door. Otherwise, we were very comfortable and close to everything we needed. Hostess was very receptive to one issue we encountered and resolved it quickly.

Prime Location

Home was centrally located to my son’s house and attractions. The house has an open living room/loft areas, which my grandkids loved. Very hippie vibe with wind chimes and crystals, so not toddler friendly. I however loved the atmosphere. My grandson is 4 and did pretty good overall. Backyard was awesome! Only issue I had was with feathers in the bedding because I’m highly allergic. Great response time from property manager and allowed us to do an early check in! Would highly recommend this property!

Nice place just not suitable for young children

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. However, I recommend the owner updates the listing to not include children ages 3 and below. Moreover, we had to consistently ensure our toddler stayed away from the several decorative items placed throughout the house. We don’t suggest moving anything because the decorations look great and do well at creating a peaceful atmosphere. We just note that the house may be best for young adults to adults. Also, I recommend the owner purchases a stoveware set for guest to use to augment the nice kitchen/new appliances (not an issue just a suggestion as the kitchen is awesome).

A resting place from home

Centrally located to all of the events planned for my daughter’s wedding. The property is in a great neighbourhood and everyone we encountered was friendly. The two bedrooms accommodated two sleepers each nicely. If you’re here during the summer months and plan to be outdoors, bring mosquito repellent. Standley lake and the other ponds were beautiful. I wish I’d not been so busy with wedding stuff, so that I could take full advantage. Got to see a property next door to understand the full lay out of the surrounding houses. Thank you Jennifer for allowing my family and I to check in early. My mom is in final stages of a respiratory disease and it was very helpful to be able to get her settled in and charge her oxygen canisters. I chose this location because I was assured that the bedrooms were on the first floor. Many properties that I viewed had stairs. My mother got to see her only grandchild get married.

The outdoor fire pit and seating area is a great gathering space and extension of the kitchen and living room. The house has a very accommodating feel and is everything you would want to feel at home!
