Welcome to our newly remodeled basement apartment with a nice homey feel. This guesthouse has a private entrance. Open kitchen/livingroom with a sofa bed. 2 bathrooms and 2 bedroom. Your family will be close to many attractions being only 5 minutes away from I-76. You will be close to Prairie shopping center with many restaurants and stores.
-20 minutes to Denver International Airport.
-40 minutes to Boulder.
-1hr 15 min to Rocky Mountain National Park.
-30 minutes to Denver downtown.
-1.5-2 hours to sky areas and mountain cities.

Very clean and comfortable place not far from DIA. We were in town for a Broncos game and this worked great for meeting up with family from the airport for a night on our way to downtown Denver for the weekend. I would stay here again.

Excellent stay!

This was a nice place to stay just outside of Denver. The host was great with communication. Everything went well and we would definitely stay here again.

We loved this place! It was super clean and had everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable. It was surprisingly bright for a basement, with lots of overhead lighting and plenty of lamps for the evening. The beds were comfortable and the jetted tub was amazing! The temperature was set at a comfortable level and there were fans and space heaters in each room, if needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable, great location for travelers!

As a family traveling through Colorado, this beautiful little home was located near the highway & easy to find. The place was clean, had a lovely shower, and the owners were super hospitable! Highly recommend!!

Fantastic Experience

I really liked the set up and the location, nothing was a crazy far drive, max being an hour for one of our adventures! Host was very responsive and answered in a timely manner too! Check-in process was a breeze which was great as well! Would absolutely stay here again when I come back to Colorado

Amazing overnight accommodation

The place was so cute and decorated very nicely. Loved the extra touches like the candy, chips and water. Very well stocked. Close to the airport and very safe neighborhood.

Fantastic Place to Stay!

Great property with lots of amenities. Plenty of essential kitchen tools which helped us keep our food budget and laundry in unit. Tons of great movies for in house entertainment too!

Great place for a family visiting the city!

We came to Denver for a concert, baseball game and a visit to the zoo. This was the perfect space for us to land after long days in Denver! It was about 30-45 minutes from each place, but we didn’t mind the drive for a quiet place to stay.

Very clean, restful, and much bigger than we thought! The jacuzzi tub is relaxing w a rainfall shower! Amazing to relax!!! We plan to return! The hosts were very quick to answer questions.

better than the listing pictures

Phenomenal. The place is even cuter than the pictures. I usually book a whole house but this is a separate entrance in a separate basement and it was perfect. In addition, it is across the street from a park that we went to everyday. There were lots of very cute touches and I would absolutely stay here again.
