The perfect Florida fun getaway is as easy as that. You day starts and ends with spectacular Direct Gulf Front views from your screened in lanai. The sun filled open floor plan has the kitchen phasing gracefully into a dining area, then the living area, and then, outdoors onto the lanai. Decorated with neutral tones and Florida flair, Carlos Pointe 534 offers comfortable accommodations for your and your family.
The fully equipped Kitchen has been recently remodeled with granite countops and new appliances including a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The dining area has a glass topped table for 4. The living room has comfortable seating and a large screen TV.
The Master Bedroom En Suite's restful decor will ensure a great night's rest on the King bed- but also has a TV if you're looking for a late night program. You also have a private lanai access from the Master and a magnificent view of the Gulf from your bedroom window. Why not turn off the A/C, open the sliding glass door and let the waves be your only alarm clock. Then there's the beautiful Master Bath that has been completely remodeled with a walk in shower. At the other end of the condo is the Guest Bedroom featuring two twin beds and a Full Private Guest Bath, which has also features a walk in shower.
There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. Building elevators and ample on-site parking for your convenience.
On-site amenities at Carlos Pointe include a GULF FRONT HEATED POOL, ample lounge chairs to soak up the sun, a shaded picnic area with lots of tables, BBQ Grills and a social room overlooking the pool. There is also a large room with a full-sized fridge which is perfect to bring snacks and drinks to the pool and keep them cold all day. It is important to note that the beach is WIDE in this location and will be a longer walk to get to the water. Due to the location of the condo near Big Carlos Pass, you will almost always see dolphins and find beautiful shells. The walk is 100% worth it!
Fort Myers Beach is famous for its breathtaking sunsets, long white sandy beaches, shell collecting, boating, water sports and excellent fishing - 7 miles of our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters - a place for family fun in the sun, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills, and our world famous sunsets! The quiet, south end of the island is the perfect place to enjoy the true island lifestyle!
Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer.
Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza will offer you shops, restaurants, bars and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.
We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. The southern bridge at Big Carlos Pass is now open to cars and bicycles for easy travel access off island to Bonita Springs and Naples, but construction continues until May 2026 as they remove the old bridge.
