Amazing 2 King, 1 bath, Pool, Tiki Bar, Duplex, Half Block to the Beach!

This renovated 2 king bedroom home is the lower half of the duplex house and is located on a lovely quiet street very close to all restaurants and shops of the Times Square area. Enjoy the peaceful back yard and BBQ some fresh fish from our local markets on your gas grille. The back yard has a heated pool and Tiki Bar for a relaxing getaway. Inside, an open concept living area features a living room with a 50 inch flat screen TV and a queen sofa bed, 2 dining areas and a fantastic well equipped kitchen.

Each of the king bedrooms has a flat screen TV, and plenty of closet space, There is a queen size sofa bed in the living room sleeping 6 total.

Heavenly Tropics is managed by our family in order to offer better rates and service to our guests. We use hotel grade bed and bath linens.

Check in is 4:00 PM and Check out is 10:00 AM
Early check in or late check out can be purchased for $25 Per hour.

Tess was very welcoming and our kids had a great time! Great location the only downfall is my husband is taller and the ceilings are lower. Would recommend for a family.

Everything was great except two things, one was the outside TV was broken and two was no dishwasher so we had to hand wash all our dishes. Outside of that it was really good

It was a great place. Very close to the beach. Maybe a 5 minute walk. Quiet neighborhood and lots of privacy with the pool! Appliances were all up-to-date and worked well. Lots of beach and pool equipment. The second level offered big windows and a couple of decks besides the pool to enjoy the Sun. I would stay there again! We really enjoyed it!

We spent 1 night at the Original VROB. There were several issues with it No Internet, TV , and Leaking Pipes in the bathroom. Tess the property owner upgraded us to Paradise Cove 2. The home was excellent !

Great place to stay at Ft. Myers Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect,- very close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The pool was nice and the rental had everything we needed. Tess was very responsive to our questions.

Close to beach and town

Very convenient to the beach and town. Trolleys will take you wherever you need to go. Pool was nice and warm. Tess helped us in every way she could; very efficient.

Beautiful Get-Away

We had a couple of gliches, but Tess was quick to make things right. It was so relaxing. Neighbors are rebuilding, but that didn't bother us at all. We were so happy to be back on FMB.

Best Vacay Ever

The property was exactly ehst i expected. Communication woth host was great. I always got a response within 15- 20 or less. I was informed of what businesses were open (there are more than you think). It is a great location, I was able to walk to Time Square and back at 1.60 miles. Rental had everything I needed. Will prolly go back.

More than we expected.

Very pleased with everything. A little worried considering what the Island has been through. But photos do it justice. Loved the pool and Tiki bar, the isde was large and well supplied. Great location. Will stay there again.

Vacation

Hurricane caused more damage to Ft.Myers Beach than we realized. We felt bad for property owners. We didn't expect houses to be actively still being torn down. It was a surprise to see the area around pool still in need of work. The work did get under way the entire second week of our stay. We could not use the pool. Looks good now though. When I pay good money for vacation I expect perfection.

Beautiful apartment, Neighborhood Not ready

The 2 bedroom apartment is brand new, spacious and nicely decorated. However the yd and pool area is not complete at this time. The pool is tiny and there are no pavers or grass around it Just dirt. The pool is shared with

Nice getaway

My wife and I needed to get away and had the opportunity to fly down to fort myers. We saw this property and it worked well for us. Close to the beach, pool and local shops. It’s a shame hurricane Ian did so much damage. The whole town is still trying to clean up. Overall we had a good time.

Great property!

Great location! Close to restaurants, beach and activities. The beds and pillows very comfortable. Best sleep I have had in a long time! The current outdoor area is a nice way to spend time outside with tv and seating. Once pool is finished, it will be an even better outdoor space.

We are Rod and Tess Koster. We own Sunshine Cove and Sunshine Nook each side having one king bedroom with a lock out door between, pool and Tiki bar, Paradise Cove and Paradise Cove II each sleeping 10 and located side by side each with a pool and canal, Beach House 4 king 2 bath duplex, pool, and Heavenly Tropics 4 king bed/ 3 bath duplex, pool. During the summer we are in Minnesota to be close to our four children, their spouses, and our 10 grand kids.
We travel back and forth to Fort Myers Beach, and we have friends in Fort Myers Beach who help us out during the summer. During the winter we are snowbirds and reside in Fort Myers Beach which we of course love! The kids do come and visit. We have retired from the family car lot and have let the kids take over. Our new passion is property management. We now have 9 properties on Fort Myers Beach so if you want other options or if this properties calendar is full, please contact us anyway. Thanks! Pictures do not do this property justice! You are close enough to walk everywhere and far enough away to sit on the patio, Tiki Bar or decks and feel as if you are on a private island. The best part is that you are only one block to the beach. You are only 1/2 a block to Estero Blvd's shopping and restaurants. Enjoy Heavenly Tropics!

Sitting under the Tiki Bar, pool area is magical! Heavenly Tropics will help you forget the blustery winter weather you left behind! Once you have relaxed take a 5-minute walk to Times Square to visit our tropical themed shops. If you don't want to go that far, take the one-minute walk to the beach and enjoy the sun during the day and the breathtaking sunsets in the evening. You'll realize don't need to do spend a lot of money on restaurants with their many daily specials. Or stay at home and cook to your hearts delight in the fully equipped kitchen or have local fresh shrimp or steaks on the outdoor grille! The home allows for family or friends to rent in the same building. It can be rented as one unit but has a separate up and down. This unit is the downstairs.
