Partial views of the Gulf and tennis courts help make this 1 Bedroom Efficiency Condo the perfect getaway! Located across from Santini Plaza on the south end of the island, Estero Beach & Tennis 202A is the perfect spot for a couple to relax and enjoy all the island has to offer!
You can enjoy intimate dinners prepared in your fully-equipped kitchen, or make use of the on-site BBQ and cook up a great meal to enjoy on the open balcony. With all the boating and wildlife activity it's a pleasure to sit outside while dining.
The Living Area has a flat screen TV to watch your favorite programs and a sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests. The Bedroom has a Queen Sized Bed to lull you to a restful sleep after a full day at the beach.
Laundry facilities are located in the building (there are no washer/dryer in this unit) and are available to all residents and guests of Estero Beach & Tennis Club.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Scheduled to re-open January 2025, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! never saw the hostaccommodation's were ok, however we were under the impression washer and dryer were in unit rather than in common area. studio was nice, beach was awesome. easy to access building and plenty of parking.

The complex is well maintained, clean, managed well. The location is great. The pool is very nice. Needs a few more umbrella tables. The unit 202A should not be available for rental until the owner and property manager address some issues. The unit is shabby, dated, not well maintained and dirty. The kitchen is full of old scratched Teflon pans but no basic kitchen equipment such as a colander, bakeware or casserole dish. The dishes are someone’s old china just like my grandmother had in the 60’s. The only rugs are old, dirty and curling up so bad we rolled them up and put them under the bed for safety. Some of the furniture is nice but way too big for a small studio. The big overstuffed chair is useless. We had to move it to the center of the small living area because it blocked the air conditioner flow of air. One window has masking tape and residue on its frame. The shower curtain was pink moldy. The walls look recently painted but obviously painted right over the wallpaper and nobody put the baseboards back up. A large gray spot on the wall looks like a repair to the wall was made but the wall was never repainted. Too much to list. Overall, a sad little unit that needs a lot of repair and replace.
