Excellent location and property!

Loved staying at this adorable house, so close to downtown. Our host was always available and responded quickly if we had any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

Great space, great location

Loves this house! It is exceptionally clean with thoughtful decor and a large outdoor space. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a great work desk/space.

Loved our time here! The hot tub was amazing. Communication with the owner was also amazing! We didn't have any problems whatsoever. The property was clean, the house was too. Just a good vibe feeling!

A Short Stay

Charming and Quaint

We stayed at this Charming, and Quaint home near downtown Morgan Hill. We come to visit family every year and decided to have our own place instead of staying wuth family. It was perfect being it was 5 min from my Aunt's House!"The neighborhood is quiet and clean. This home had all the necessities and comforts of home. Nice large flat screen t.v., spacious backyard with Hot tub, hammock, and firepit! I had a few questions and the Host was quick to respond and was very accommodating. I will book this in the future, and I highly recommend this little gem.

Great spot, super clean, well equipped

This is a great stay. The host was super communicative before during and after. Check in and check out was flawless. The house is super cute and very well equipped. It’s walkable to downtown Morgan Hill, which was super nice to be able to get a little bit of exercise and see all of the restaurants and shops. The hot tub looks nice although I did not use it. It was convenient to have a basketball and a hoop to shoot around. Parking was easy and off the street. Definitely felt safe the entire time. Played golf at some nearby courses and really enjoyed myself.

Home away from Home

This is a nice well kept property in a quiet neighborhood. It served us well as a central location for a middle aged couple exploring the area. It's close to shopping and dinning but tucked in just enough to give you a sense of peace and solitude. The property manager was quick to respond and help with anything if need be.

Cute Morgan Hill Cottage

Had a blast at this cute Morgan Hill Cottage. Easy to walk down to the great restaurants, and was conveniently located to Gilroy Gardens for my kiddo. Also comms with host were great! Highly recommend. Looks just like the pics.

Cute and cozy home

We rented this house to be close for Monterey Car week. The house was very cozy and clean. There was plenty of space, and just about everything you would need. We took advantage of the coffee bar that was stocked in the kitchen. The backyard space was very nice. We were not able to use the hot tub nearly as we hoped, but it was there and available for use. The host was also very accommodating to our needs and requests. He reached out mid stay to ensure everything was going well. The location also worked well, we forgot our phone chargers, and were within a mile of target. There is also a downtown area that is within walking distance, which we also did not take advantage of. Though would have had our stay been longer. Overall I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This is a private one bedroom house located minutes from downtown Morgan Hill. Although a one bedroom, the home feels spacious and amenities include fast internet, a 75in TV, comfy king sized bed, ergonomic standing workspace with ergonomic chair, and a beautiful outdoor space with a jacuzzi, hammock, fixed basketball hoop, amongst others.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

the HOME: is completely private!! I have to list the backyard as a shared space because the garage/shed in the back are not apart of the listing, however the chances of you having to see me or anyone else (unless it's the Gardner or Hot Tub Maintainer) are less than 1%.

the CLEANING: Our home is truly a deep cleaned home - we even provide a plastic mattress protector that keeps out all allergens, dust mites, dirt, stains and any smells! We use non-industrial cleaners and the home will be sprayed with a sanitizer (commonly mistaken as a fragrance). Please let us know if you would like to pass on the sanitizer during your booking!

the SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: For any Guest count over 2, please inform us if you would like the additional mattress pads or a blow mattress, we will setup both for any guests over the count of 4. All accommodations for over 2 guests will be for the living room. You can see the accommodations in the listed pictures.

the WASHER/DRYER: We do provide a paid washer and dryer in-unit, however the charge for the use is:

- $40 for your entire stay up to 2-7 days.
- $20 for any stay for 1 day.

LAST MINUTE BOOKING: For bookings after 4 PM (PST) , the home will be setup for 2 guests by default. If you would like additional beds setup, please let us know as soon as you book!

Traveling for a 49ers game? We have 2 pairs (4 total) tickets available for purchase located in Section 124 (Row 21 - 5 & 6 and Row 22 - 7 & 8 - Seats are back to back to each other) of Levi's Stadium, home of the San Francisco 49ers. The tickets will include the "All you can eat" benefit. Message us to inquire for availability!
