Chandler Oasis with Diving Pool

Escape to Clementine Haus, your private Arizona oasis! This 3-bed, 2-bath home comfortably sleeps 8. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, and a stunning backyard with a HEATED diving pool and BBQ. Perfect for families and groups seeking a sunny retreat with seamless indoor-outdoor living. Experience comfort and style in a thoughtfully designed space.

Pool may be heated for an additional $75 per night. Please mention if you would like this at the time you book and we can invoice it separately.

This home has an electric pool heater. Electric pool heat must be requested a minimum of 10 days in advance as in cooler temps it takes approximately 5-7 days to heat to temperature.

Pool heat pumps are meant to maintain a warmer water temperature in cooler temps. Unfortunately, heat pumps don’t operate in weather less than 50 degrees. Therefore, if it is colder than 50 degrees outside, we’ll be unable to heat your pool. When temps are around 50-65, the water temp is possible to maintain roughly between 70-72 degrees unless it dips at night below 50, shutting down the pump.

✓ NoiseAware noise monitoring is installed both inside and outside the property. The device does not record conversations, it simply scans for loud noise.

Great place to relax and enjoy Phoenix

Great location to catch some Spring Training. Quiet neighborhood that’s close to shopping and groceries. We enjoyed our time swimming in the heated pool and touring around the Phoenix area!

We enjoyed our recent stay at this property! It was a great location. Close to a lot of restaurants, the freeway, and things to do. The property was clean and cozy. The property owner was super friendly and responded very quickly to questions. I will definitely be recommending this property to others for their trips.

Wonderful stay

The property is located on a small cul de sac, in quite neigborhoid. It's minutes from Chandler center and convenient to Phoenix and other areas. The home was modern and immaculate. There is a pool in the back and it was also well kept and heated - not all listing are, and this is important if you plan on swimming in December!The host was very repsonsive and answered all questions quickly.Bottom line - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would rent again in a heartbeat.

Chandler Spring Break

This house was a great place for our Arizona vacation. We are from Wisconsin, so we were just looking for a place with a little sunshine and warmth. We spent most mornings sitting out on the patio by the pool, and afternoons were spent doing a variety of activities in the area. The house was comfortable for two families of 4, with a total of 4 adults and 4 teenagers.

Chandler rental property

House was neat and well kept for its age. Neighborhood was not as nice. Plenty of necessities were provided. Appliances functioned well. Didn’t like not being able to put car in garage an enter through garage.

2023 Sunny Vacation

This was not our booked property, that one was canceled last minute, so not exactly our desired area as we were booked in Mesa. House was great, very quiet location, friendly neighborhood. This was a lucky last minute find. But was a harrowing experience due to last minute cancellation..Nevertheless good time was had by all.

Spring break

We needed a place big enough to stay with my family & my dad while visiting my sister for spring break. We wanted to have a place with a pool so we could just jump in & swim when wanting to. The pool was clean & nice & deep on the one end for using the diving board & for my oldest kids. The kitchen space & grill was super nice for making meals at the house. The only small issue was they really didn’t have larger bowls for mixing in or serving a salad or some cheap Tupperware for leftovers. The beds slept great! The neighborhood was nice & quiet.

Great long weekend get away!

We traveled from Minnesota for a long weekend (Saturday-Tuesday). Lori (property manager) was quick to respond to messages prior to the stay. We had no troubles with check in or any issues during the stay. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The pool area was perfect, and the neighborhood was quiet but close to restaurants and shops. We took in an AZ Coyotes/MN Wild hockey game at the University of AZ campus. We did not rent a car, but Uber to/from the house to different areas including campus and the airport was quick and easy. We definitely recommend!

Stay and accommodations great, Post stay poor

We enjoyed the accommodations and simplicity of the house and decor. It was clean and welcoming. However upon leaving I realized I left 2 electronic devices, the host promised to quickly get back in touch with me about the items, days later they could not turn up the items and the cleaning crew said they didn’t find anything. I’m not sure I trust this response. I know where I placed them and relayed where. I just forgot to pack when we left as they were out of sight. I took stars off as they didn’t show this was important to them; nor did they want to take care of the customer. Still no resolution.

Firstly, we manage several properties in Arizona, and during your stay, we had same-day turnovers for both your check-in and check-out. Please note that we rely mostly on our cleaning team to thoroughly inspect and prepare each property before and after guest stays. While we strive for excellence, we can't personally inspect every detail of every property between turnovers. Regarding the missing items, our cleaners did locate the Kindle but not the EarPods. We made every effort to find them, but unfortunately, they were not recovered. We apologize if this has inconvenienced you. However, it's important to note that guests are responsible for their belongings during their stay, and while we sympathize with any losses, we cannot be held liable for items left behind. We understand your frustration, and we regret any disappointment caused. We appreciate your understanding and hope for the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Great House & Convenient Location

The house was very clean, kitchen well stocked, bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable to stay in. The property was very well maintained and outdoor area in back was lovely. There is some awful and old looking carpet in the bedrooms which was a strange surprise as the rest of the house has beautiful clean looking tile. The master shower was weird, as you had to step down into a sunken tub, so you had to be careful stepping down into a wet tub. Some kind of non-slip strips would have been nice. The pool was gorgeous, but cost the customer $75 a day and 5 days in advance of coming to the property if you really wanted to use it. This reminder message came to me too late even if I could afford it. But the message said it was in the house bylaws - which I didn't read apparently. The overall stay was great, and we felt and comfortable in the house. It was convenient to a lot of places to grocery shop, eat, and visit.

Slightly disappointing

There were a lot of positives to this stay. The property is close to stores and restaurants, was clean, the beds were comfortable, the AC worked well, & there was plenty of good quality paper towels, dishwashing soap, detergent, and so on. But what there wasn't was a diving board (despite the pictures) or a garage to park my car in (despite the temperatures over 110 degrees every day) or window coverings to actually keep out the heat and the light. None of this makes any sense. When you get to a property and go to put the car in the garage and find a minivan is parked there - sideways - you are unpleasantly surprised. When I asked about it I was told it was the owner's car. When I asked if it could be parked outside in the blazing hot sun so my car could stay cooler I got no response. When I mentioned the diving board was absent the response was "sorry, the last renters broke it and I didn't realize their were photos of it still on line." Sigh. We stay in the Chandler/Gilbert area every year - sometimes twice a year - and there are a lot of nice properties to choose from with gorgeous pools. We chose the one with a diving board only to find out it had been removed. I guess that's on me for relying on the photos and not clarifying it was still there. They do need to put some blinds over the sliding glass door to keep out the heat and for privacy. The instructions on what to do before you leave (and while you are there) need to be updated in the home as well.

Clementine Haus was simply lovely

Very clean, spacious home in a location that worked well for us. Several thoughtful details - soap and shampoos in each shower, coffee pods for the morning, and an easy to review guest handbook. The hosts were easy to communicate with, both before and during our stay. We spent most of our time nearby with family but this house would be a good place for a family vacation.
