There are four bedrooms total in this oasis: 2 King Bedrooms, 1 Queen Bedroom, and 1 Queen over Full Bunk Room. This comfortably sleeps 9 guests!

Each unit has its own private rooftop with both water views and downtown views.

Located right next to the famous Fogarelli's Market and Wine Shop in Traverse City.

This place has all new furniture and amenities including:

- 2 Full Kitchens featuring new stainless steel appliances

- Open concept dining and living area with 3 bartop seats each

- Private rooftop patio to enjoy all the views of Traverse City including lake / park views and downtown

- 6 Smart TVs for your all your apps and logins (bring your own logins - there is no live cable)

- 4 Total Bedrooms - sleeps 9 comfortably

- 2 parking garages on the entry level (1 per unit) fits a single car each

- 4 Full bathrooms with attached baths

- Walking distance to Clinch Park and Front Street

- Office area with in-home mesh wifi with two private desks (current wifi speeds are limited until the Spring 2022)

Please note these are two adjacent 2BR/2BA units - there is no passageway between the units. This allows all your guests the ultimate the peace they need while on vacation!

The place was very neat and clean, Smelled fresh. The owners were very responsive and helpful! Close to the beach and walking path along the beach. Close to restaurants and downtown shops.The upper deck was fun to sit out and chat in the evening.

This place was the best. There were 9 of us, with plenty of room for all. For our group the location could not have been better. The units were very nice and definitely clean.Check in and communication- super easy. We loved the rooftop deck. We will certainly keep this place in mind for another trip like this.

Great location in downtown traverse city

The property was new, clean, super convenient, close to all things downtown. Management was very responsive and overall great experience. Our only confusion was we thought we booked 4 bed / 4 bath condo. Actually it was 2 separate condos with 2 bedrooms/ 2 baths. Not a big deal for us but could be for a family with little kids. Overall - very good experience- thank you!

Location, location, location

Great property at a great location. Everything was as advertised, and we had a great stay right downtown traverse city. We’ve always loved coming to Traverse City and this property was a great alternative to the very average hotels in the area. Everything was super clean and the owner was very responsive before and during our stay.

Great, except no heat - dress warm!

We arrived on the first night (late at night) and discovered later that evening that the heat was out in one of the units. Unfortunately due to the late hour we were unable to have the situation rectified that evening. It was about 20 degrees outside, and due to the condo sitting with no heat it was inhabitable for the night. The other part of our group was not able to come up that evening due to the situation leaving them nowhere to sleep. The rental company sent someone out first thing the next AM, which fixed the issue, which was great. However, on Friday evening, when we returned late in the evening, the heat was then out at the other unit. Again, they sent someone out first thing in the morning and corrected the issue When reaching out to the owners (3 times via email) we have yet to receive a response or resolution for a rental that we were unable to use/sleep in due to having no heat in 20 degree weather, which is unacceptable. Other than that unit was in nice condition and great location, just don't recommend going when it is cold out, in case you have a similar experience!

Fun get a way with friends

Perfect place to stay with friends for the weekend!! Great location, very clean and decorated very modern. Loved being able to walk to restaurants and downtown area. We enjoyed the rooftop deck to relax after our busy days of visiting distilleries and wineries. We would return and book again!!!

Couple get away

We rented 2 units as one. The owner was extremely responsive all during and before our stay. Everything in condo is nice. The kitchen stuff including the coffee maker were of good quality along with my king bed and especially the tvs! I gave a 4 on cleanliness not due to how clean the condo was because it was in great shape but as one would expect in rental properties there were something like beverage stains on some of the furniture to the point they probably should be changed in the living room. That was only thing and trust me that was of no issue as i could tell furniture was clean just stained.

Perfect location, beautiful place.

We are a family of 8 and we rented both units together. Great location to Front street and the beach, both are just a short walk. New construction townhomes with awesome roof top balconies. They were clean & comfortable!All though the having to go outside to get to each others place was a little inconvenient we knew that prior to booking. Would totally stay here again!

Nice place

It honestly is a nice place because of its location and convenience along with the garage parking. However, the A/C does not travel well up stairs. Fortunately they do have fans in the rooms to counter act that. The beds were okay, and the pillows were meh. Luckily we didn’t spend too much time in the Vrbo otherwise my review would probably be more like 4 stars. To each their own though, I would still stay here again but potentially better spots in the area.
