The property was beautiful, larger than expected, so clean and had a wonderful heated pool. Barbara was so helpful with any issue or question we had, responding immediately! She was amazing! Everything was well stocked. A 10 out of 10!!!

Holiday Get-A-Way

It was a wonderful place to recharge after the busy Holiday season. The outdoor area was perfect for all ages. The home was spacious and the very accommodating. Barbara was fabulous to work with. I would highly recommend.

Excellent month stay at in North Naples

This home worked very well for our group and the various visitors that enjoyed the place with us during the month. Barb is indeed a premium host. Very accommodating. Highly responsive to requests and anticipating issues. The place is bigger than we thought based on the description and photos. We had two couples the entire month. With adult family and friends visiting (up to 8 total at times). We’ve never seen a place so well equipped from kitchen to pool (towels and toys) to bathroom (soap, etc). We really enjoyed the large furnished outside space. View of golf course is beautiful and calming. Thank you for a great stay. Chris

Christmas in Paradise

We spent Christmas at this beautiful home. With bedrooms on either side of the large open plan kitchen, living and dining areas, the layout was perfect for my wife, myself and our two adult daughters as well as our adult son and his fiancé. The spacious lanai has a pool and putting green with a panoramic view of a small lake and beautifully landscaped golf course. Imagine waking up to coffee, flowers and tropical birds. Barbara and the owner were very responsive, and the house was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. We all said it was among our happiest Christmases!

Great place, great time

This was a repeat stay at LaPlaya for our family and the consensus was this visit was even better than the last time. Home is beautiful, very functional, well maintained and ideally located for exploring Naples area. Barbara does a great job as host and is always readily available for any help needed.

Happy Thanksgiving

We had a great stay during the week of Thanksgiving. The house was easily as described, even better. Everything we needed and then some. Clean, well stocked, relaxing golf course view, nice pool, great landscaping, excellent kitchen, and a fantastic open floor plan with bedrooms for some privacy when needed. We had 5 family members stay with plenty of room for everyone. Definitely will return without hesitation.

Pristine Sanctuary Overlooking Golf Course

5 Stars!!! This is an absolutely beautiful home! Care and conscientiousness has been taken into every detail. Very open, expansive floor plan with panoramic easterly views to enjoy morning sunrises off lanai. Updated tasteful decor, granite, hardwood, built-ins, comfortable beds, sofas and more! Pool is sparkling and glorious for morning swims, daytime sunbathing and lounging or even enjoy and evening swim. Nature abounds outside screened lanai and its beautiful to watch (herons, pelicans, ducks, bunnies)- we saw an armadillo and spotted and watched an alligator in lake too on and off. Safe & fun neighborhood and yard setting! My hubby and I took 3-4 Mi walks each day and it’s pleasant and peaceful. Fully stocked, user friendly kitchen with all of the conveniences. We stayed 3 weeks & this home is nearby to shopping, restaurants and more! A favorite vacation for us and we look forward to seeing you again in Naples! Thank you for the hospitality!!

Wonderful House and Host - 5 stars

We had an amazing rental experience with this property. While things can happen (normal wear and tear) on properties. Rest Assured, the Property Manager Barbara was amazing. Constant Communication and ensuring we were enjoying our stay! The open floor plan allowed for plenty of room for our extended family of 8 (3 kids under 10). The screened area was great for enjoying the weather, pool, and putting green! The property is extremely well appointed and well equipped. Located in a wonderful and very accessible area of North Naples. Wonderful kitchen, extremely clean, and great seating throughout the house. Truly enjoyed our time. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip!

Great property and and property manager

Six adults and one infant stayed at the house for 7 nights. The adults were in complete agreement that, in spite of the unusually cold weather, it was a most enjoyable week. The house is well taken care of, furnished nicely and and managed by a very responsive, involved property manager.

Fabulous outdoor space

We have been spending Thanksgiving in Naples as a family for over 30 years. This was our first time renting East of 41 (courtesy of Hurricane Ian, who trashed our first rental property). Thankfully, we found Casa LaPlaya! There was plenty of room for our large group, including grandchildren and the first time with our son's furry friends. The outdoor spaces were even better than the photos! The pool, the putting green, the outdoor kitchen, dining area and sofas were used all day, every day! The children loved the heated pool! Everyone enjoyed the putting green. The space was quiet and relaxing, watching the golfers across the lake (as well as a bit of wild life!) The house was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The common areas were spacious and having two TVs worked well with multi-generations in the house. Having the abundance of children's toys and dinnerware was an added bonus! There were even extra toiletries in the showers, in case you had forgotten something!! Barbara, the manager, was very attentive when we had troubles with the garage door opener, and she had a few dead light bulbs changed within hours. The location was great and there are a lot of places to eat nearby. We would definitely consider this property for future trips with our family. B.A. from PA rented Nov, 2022

Great home, pool, and putting green

We had multiple couples and teen children. The home was perfect for us. We loved the kitchen, living areas, and especially the pool. There is an extra refrigerator in the area by garage which came in handy. We had a blast with putting games on the artificial putting green. Reading the green and making long putts was a challenge. Great communication with the property manager although we had no additional needs. We had a great time, and there was plenty of room for all of us.

Everything you need

We travel multiple times a year and I have never had a property as stocked as this one! The outdoor area was a complete hit. The indoor area of the home is so spacious, everyone had their own space to watch tv and unwind. Barbara was extremely pleasant, helpful, and responsive throughout the process. We will most certainly come back!

Our favorite rental

This rental was the nicest rental home we have stayed in. The owner was incredibly responsive and provided very helpful and accurate information. They were professional, kind and very accommodating. The home is very spacious, very private and very clean! It also has everything you would need during your stay. The kitchen has a ton of very nice items that you would need to cook a meal in the home, and plenty of table settings. The home is in a great location and a very nice quiet neighborhood. The home and the owner truly created the nicest rental experience we have had (and we rent homes often).

Perfect family vacation + remote work space

This house was absolutely perfect for a family vacation + remote working for the week! Plenty of room for 4, we could have easily stayed with another family here. The pool was amazing, and we loved the lounge areas. Kitchen is fully equipped and we were greeted with sparkling rosé! A nice touch. The gardens and surrounding yard is beautiful. The house manager was easy to communicate with, and overall everything was lovely. We would love to return someday!

Great stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed this property! Beautiful back lanai with pool, outdoor dining, and putting green. Great privacy, quiet, beautifully landscaped and great view of golf course pond with all sorts of birds. All amenities up to date and beautifully decorated. Host is on top of things and easily accessible although we didn’t need anything. Would highly recommend!

La Playa Paradise

What a perfect place- one of our best Vrbo experiences ever! This stylish, spacious, beautifully updated home was perfect for our family. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped. The outdoor spaces offer so many ways to relax. We enjoyed the pool especially as well as watching both golfers and birds on the shore. House manager Barbara is a pro- very pleasant and responsive!
