The host was very communicative and made us feel welcome from the start. The saltwater pool, covered patio, and soaking tub were real highlights and made the stay especially enjoyable. The furnishings were comfortable and overall in above‑average condition, which added to a relaxing experience.

The house was as described, the pictures are an accurate representation. Very easy to work with the owner. One of the most important things for me is the cleanliness of the unit or the home and in this case, it met my expectations and more. Really wonderful private heated pool. Very spacious for a group of 5 to 6 people.

The location is great, close proximity to the beach and to the shopping. This property was very clean and comfortable for our stay during the Christmas break holidays. The house is a new build, it has high ceilings and feels airy and spacious. The bathrooms are new and clean. The kitchen is very well stocked with with all the necessities of a kitchen and in addition there are two coffee machines, a toaster, a kettle, a blender etc. The backyard patio and the pool felt private and very pleasant. Mostly sunny in the afternoon. The garage has new beach chairs and beach umbrellas and that was very useful. The host Sarah was very responsive and helpful. Overhaul a great place to stay in Naples FL.

Awesome vacation rental in Naples Fl

Amazing house in a fantastic neighborhood in Naples Park. Very close to the beach. The owner Sarah made sure we were comfortable the whole stay. House was huge, and everyone had plenty of space. Even our teenage girls loved it, which is impressive (you know if you have girls) Thanks again Sarah. See you next time!

Excellent Property and Great Location

My family of five, including young children and grandmother, enjoyed a wonderful vacation at this home during the holiday season. The house is well maintained, clean and as pictured on VBRO. The layout is spacious and has a wonderful flow that provides plenty of visit and play space for different family members. Check-in and check-out was very easy, and communication with the owner before and during our visit was clear, quick and consistent. She was always very helpful and available.

Lovely Place

The house is in a great location with easy access to Naples, Bonita Springs, and the beaches. The house is new with electronic entry with NEST and Alexia. Our Ford Flex fit easily in the garage. The salt water pool is small but very nice. The outdoor shower and half bath a definite plus. The house is light and airy and was nicely decorated with good linens and towels. Nice soaking tub in the master bath. Open concept with kitchen, dinning room and living room area. Close to Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods and Publix.

Great Summer Vacation!

We had a lovely time staying at Sarah's property. She was quick and easy to communicate with. The home was clean and modern and we loved the pool. Excellent location near restaurants, shopping and beach. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Beautiful home and very convenient location

Our stay was wonderful. The house is updated, beautiful and very clean. Sarah, the property manager was very quick to respond to all of our questions and made the booking, arrival and departure very easy. The house is very convenient to the airport, restaurants and beautiful beaches. We can't wait to come and stay again!

Fantastic stay!

The property was spotless! Beautifully outfitted with all you need for a great vacation! Accurate photos. Pool and pool toys were fabulous. Many great restaurants within minutes. Whole Foods, Walmart and Publix just minutes away! Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Amazing vacay

This property was ABSOLUTELY beautiful. My family and I were so impressed because everything looked exactly as the pictures online. It has all you need and more. The property amenities, the proximity to Vandetbilt Beach, restaurants, Mercato and supermarkets and other locations made our stay enjoyable. LOVED, loved the heated salt water pool. It was super easy to check in and out and Sarah, our host, was great in addressing our questions even before our check in date. Thank you Sarah!! Will be coming back soon!
