Soak in the Florida sunshine and surf with a stay at this Navarre Beach vacation rental! Wake up to make a splash in the community pool, rally on the tennis courts, or walk along the sandy shores of the Emerald Coast with beach access just steps from the front door of this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. Ready to head out for an adventure? Spend the day exploring the historic Fort Pickens, the wildlife of Gulf Breeze Zoo, or hit the links at a nearby golf course like the Tiger Point Golf Club!

This unit is on the second floor, so you have to climb stairs to access it. There is a unit below, so please be mindful of noise. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. This unit does not have a beach view. The name of the condo facility is Beachview. You cannot see the beach from this condo.


A welcome letter with check in and check out information, as well as codes and condo policies will be emailed to you within 2-4 weeks of your stay. *IMPORTANT NOTE* If the check-out cleaning procedure is not followed and additional cleaning is required beyond the cleaners' normal routine cleaning, an extra cleaning fee (up to the full amount) will be charged directly to the guest.

This unit does not allow pets. As we also use it as our second home and one of our children has allergies, having pets in the unit poses a health risk to our family and future guests. Therefore, we cannot accommodate service animals or emotional support animals.

The condo was clean and spacious. Everything we needed for our stay! Umbrella,chairs and wagon were great for the beach. Hope to stay here again next trip to Navarre Beach!

So honest review here. This is a 3 bedroom listing (but not a 3 bedroom fyi)- I had known it was a 2 bedroom when reserving- I read the fine print. Pros- *great location*easy walk to the beach*decent sized for our family of 4*great pool*great tennis court*remodeled bathrooms which were beautiful *closet with beach chairs, etc. to use.Cons-*even though unit was clean, it has definitely been lived in. Scuffs on doors/marks on walls/rusted areas on outdoor table/paint chipping on large areas wooden deck/chipped countertops/ light above stovetop did not work* washer and dryer both worked but were very loud (banging/scratching sounds) and the owner messaged me on the 2nd day we were there informing me someone was coming the next day to repair them and we should let them in? We had not used them at that point and did not know about the problem. I asked if they worked and he responded yes but loud. We put up with them while we were there and ran them when we were out as I did not feel comfortable dealing with a repairman on our getaway. *no additional sheets for the pull out couch bed. We utilized this a few nights because my wonderful hubby snores and I needed a hours of uninterrupted sleep. We ended up layering the small sheets that were meant for the futon bed in the master bedroom.*Ring doorbell/camera - I could care less- but this should be disclosed - per vrbo. And it was always on.

Perfect for our family of 5

Upon arrival, the condo was very clean and as described. We traveled as a family of 5. It was perfect for us and could have fit a few more comfortably. We had a short and convenient walk to the beach and an even closer walk to the pool. The toy closet was nice to have. We enjoyed the arcade games, tv’s, and board games. The bathrooms were modern and clean! The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, and dishes. We cooked every day. Some added bonuses were extra trash bags, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, soap, all purpose cleaner, etc. Overall, if you’re looking for a nice clean place to stay with easy beach access, you can’t go wrong with this condo!

Excellent location

You couldn’t get any closer to the beach than this location. Less than a 2 min walk and your feet are in the sand. The community pool was frequently empty and never crowded. The pool chairs and loungers were fabulous. The house was effectively clean and there was even a full size vacuum on site so we could chase any sand away that came in with us.The only thing missing was kitchen towels.

We are local from Destin. Rented the condo for the Navarre Beach Mardi Gras location. Location was perfect. Steps away from the parade route and steps away from the beach. Condo had exactly what we needed for our stay. Owners were VERY responsive which is a plus.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at Navarre Beach. The condo had a swimming pool and tennis courts. The apartment was clean with all the amenities we needed including beach chairs and sand toys. We were practically right on the beach and were able to enjoy fishing, paddleboarding and snokeling.

This was such a great property! I was nervous because this was my first time taking my four kids on a trip by myself, but once we arrived I felt much better! I loved that everything was labeled (all of the light switches and drawers/cabinets). I loved that they had all the necessities for cooking! So many little things that I forgot and they ended up having it there already. I saw a review complaining that it’s not “beach front,” but it honestly might as well be. It’s not looking directly at the beach, but it takes MAYBE 3 minutes to walk from the front door, over the sand dunes, and then onto the beach. Close enough that I didn’t have to worry about carrying much because if we wanted/needed anything we could just run back and grab it. We had no issues with the AC. We really enjoyed the pool area as well! The hosts are very sweet. Would absolutely return!

Fun in the sun

Great location for the price. No view of the water but just steps from the beach. Quiet location and close to everything. Master bed needs some attention and or replaced. Ring doorbell is a little weird, felt like I was being watched at all times coming and going. All the goodies for the beach are in the closet so no need to buy or rent chairs or umbrellas. Condo was very nicely stocked with everything you need. Arcade games were a great plus for the kids ( and adults). Overall great experience!

Very Cozy

Place was just as described! Very cute and cozy. Had everything we needed and more! The black wash clothes for makeup removal was a great touch. Wish everyone did that! Also having the toy closet incase you were missing something for the beach was great! Highly recommend!

Wonderful

This place is exactly as pictured with the only surprises being good ones. Communication was great with very clear instructions. There were plenty of extra linens and many thoughtful touches throughout. The walk to the beach was easy. We will stay again.

Excellent Condo

We planned a last minute girls trip to the beach and everything was perfect. The condo was clean and close to the beach. It had everything we needed and it was exactly as described. We loved having 2 designated parking spots right outside our unit as well. We absolutely loved it and can’t wait to come back. 😀

Fun stay

We enjoyed our stay. Very good proximity to the beach, but, as stated, it was not a beach view and there was a set of stairs. Also, a trash truck came about 5 AM two days during our stay. Loud beeping and flashings yellow lights right in our window. Overall, great experience and we would love to stay again.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The outside closet is equipped with beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon to make toting it all to the beach easier. To access the beach supply closet, use the key hanging in the kitchen on the wall. Please leave the key back on the keyring before your departure.

There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a twin futon in the master bedroom. Mattress topper cushions, extra pillows, and sheets are located in the closets.
