This property is a quaint beach cottage that's perfect for 2-4 people. Donna is an amazing and accommodating host and her communication is outstanding. She even shared the mayor's announcement about an incoming storm. The house has nearly everything you could need during your stay. The private beach is lovely and the neighborhood is quiet and extremely walkable. The Audubon Society is right down the street and was a great place to walk around. The house is centrally located for Milford and Stratford. I highly recommend this location.

Less than a block to the beach on one side, on the other: street ends 3 houses away with the salt marsh. Kitchen spotless, very well equipped, welcome goodies and surprises. Everything clean, and well supplied (lots of fresh towels, toiletries; great shower!) Relaxing backyard with outdoor shower, parking in driveway. Inside cozy, with lots of light, very nice tvs, cute little beach tchotchkes everywhere, fun and welcoming. Excellent communications with Host. In short, wonderful.

This is just a great place to stay! We're repeat customers. It's a comfortable home away from home. The beach is wonderful and it's fun to walk over to the Audobon Center. The hosts are generous and responsive.

Milford family trip

This is an amazing place to stay the house is so nice beautiful area clean the hosts have it stocked with everything you could need they have great communication. It is quite close to the beach easy to get around so safe and friendly area. This is one of the most relaxing vacations we have ever had. We wished could stay another week. We might be back one day .. the little touches with amenities really gave it sparkle . We appreciate all the details.. thank you ..

Perfect weekend stop

The house was clean, and very comfortable. They are well stocked, even with our odd allergies, we were able to find some snacks. It saved us a good amount of town since it was a short visit.

Great fall weekend

Nicest hosts, beautiful beach bungalow was perfect for our family weekend. Walked the beach daily, best sunrise and sunsets. Really appreciated the host contacting us before our stay explaining everything and providing great ideas for what the area had to offer that weekend. Place was full of great snacks and beverages so much more than we needed.

Great stay, Donna is a thoughtful host

One of the most accommodating rentals I have experienced. Donna was communicative and thoughtful about our needs. She keeps the place stocked with snacks and food and even got some things we could eat even with numerous dietary restrictions. She also accommodated no fragrance needs. It was a relaxing stay. The location is super, less than five minute walk to the beach. The bungalow has beach chairs, games, and so many thoughtful amenities. Should it be helpful to know the beds run on the softer side. I love that unlike most rental hosts Donna doesn't have a list of tasks to do at check out. Truly a wonderful experience!

Amazing Beach Weekeng

Stayed at this property for 3 nights for a beach weekend with some friends. The house was clean and ready upon check-in and the photos are very accurate. The house is cozy and well-stocked with all of the little things you’d need. The beach is a two minute walk down the block and the beach itself is lovely. If you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay that is super close to the beach I highly recommend staying here.
