Great location close to the wedding venue. Though we weren’t at the residence very much, it was clean, well equipped, and quiet. Thank you to Matt & Jess for hosting us, and to Matt for helping my aunts settling in the first night with answers to their “operational” questions.

Very cute home with all the necessities. We had our dog with us and the fenced in backyard was nice so we could let her outside easily. Very close walk to Walnut beach and a really nice walk along the boardwalk. You can walk to restaurant's for coffee or any meal. The host was really easy to communicate with when we had questions. Beds were also comfortable. Very nice restaurants also within a few miles drive.

Well-appointed rental with everything we could possibly need. Check-in was easy, location was fantastic, fast and courteous communication whenever we had questions. The fully fenced in yard was perfect for our pup! We’d been coming to Silver Sands since the kids were babies and we hope to come back every year so we can’t wait to return to Matt & Jess’ place.

House was clean and comfortable. We had 4 in our group which the place accommodated with the 2 bedrooms and the living room. Our stay was a family trip to an event in the area and a few days at the Walnut beach. The proximity to the beach was great. Jess and Matt were very welcoming.

Charming Beach House Close to Beach

Great stay with my sister. Had my dog. Fenced in back yard great. Walking area - superb! Beaches right there! Well supplied. Cozy. Easy, Super clean. AND...the beds and bedding were great! Comfy living area. TV. Perfect kitchen. Quiet. Safe. Nice neighbors. Very cute town. I could go on. My only bummer was that the beach and boardwalk were not dog friendly but that didn't matter much. The walks were great substitutes. And there is this place Eisenhower Park not far where my dog could run off leash on trails and an open field. Really nice time and the hosts really made the house special and were super responsive to any and all questions within seconds. A+ :)

Great Cottage near the beach.

House was clean, host was on top of things and even left a few goodies for us when we arrived! I would recommend the house for a small family getaway!

Most adorable beach cottage ever!!

I absolutely am in love with the Daydreamer! It was a delight to stay here. I adored the way these folks decorated and were so thoughtful with drinks in the fridge to welcome us to Walnut Beach. We rented for the week to visit with family who live in New Haven. The distance was perfect. It was the best little beach house. Matt & Jess are great hosts! Great communication as far as check in & local info. I have zero complaints only compliments!!! Love love loved the Daydreamer! Hope to be back next year!

Mother's Day Get Away

The property is quaint, precious, and close to the beach, restaurants and coffee shops. My children and I walked to town each day and were greeted by friendly shop keepers and passerby. The town is safe, quiet, easy to find everything one might need while relaxing away from home. The property owners, Matt and Jess, are anxious for the travelers to experience and relaxing respite in Milford. I recommend this experience to all who want a problem free vacation.
