Misty Cove 118 is a great spot for a group looking for relaxation. The living room has enough space for each of the members of your group to unpack and unwind. It also features a Smart TV allowing you to keep up with your favorite movies and shows. It also leads you out to the screened-in patio area with additional seating. Your favorite spot is sure to be outside where you can soak in the gorgeous Florida weather. The kitchen also comes fully equipped with everything you may need to whip up a home-cooked meal, decadent dessert, or even a beach-inspired cocktail. We really enjoyed our stay! The location was great and it was an easy walk to the beach, even though there’s no sidewalk. The condo is a little dated, but it was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach trip. We would stay here again and recommend it to all our friends.

Very clean. About 1/2 mile from beach. Not a bad walk though. Pet friendly restaurants near, our favorite was Kenny D's. Would definitely stay again

We loved this place lots of room and pool view right in front. Location was good for walking to beach. The drive was just a few minutes away from all the things to do in Destin

Great stay!

The property was as advertised! Great location with many great restaurants and shopping near by. The beach is a 5 min walk and it was nice to have the parking spots right in front for the rented golf cart we got. The only negative I would say is the pool heater was off and the water was freezing. I know there is costs associated with running the heater but folks like to leave the cold weather of their home and go to a warmer place with a pool that the children can enjoy. Other than that it was a great stay.

Decent stay

Overall it was a decent stay. There were multiple closet doors that were off the tracks and not usable. There were various spots throughout the house that weren't cleaned very well previously. It just seemed like the house could have been maintained better and cleaned more thoroughly between people's visits. It was still better than staying in a hotel but there is room for improvement for sure.

El lugar es limpio y acojedor, mi familia y yo nos sentimos y la pasamos super bien, a pocos minutos de la playa y muy buena sona de descanso en el complejo y la piscina bien impecable.

Dirty but close to the beach

We came for a spring break stay in April. Before arrival, we received text messages about the process, so we knew what to do at arrival. Check in was late 4 pm, but it's ok. Check out was by 9 am - pretty ridiculous. When we came inside, my kids discovered that in the bathroom upstairs, the tub was filled with water. I reached out to the office and was told that someone would come by to take a look. That was on Monday. They came by on Tuesday but said that a plumber would have to come out at some point. So we did not use that tub. Everyone used one shower - master. It drained slowly. There was a roku TV downstairs that was not connected to an account, the office had no solution on Monday and said they would send someone out. We ended up creating a Roku account and fixed it ourselves. The condo was dirty. Sticky floors, caked on soap on the bathroom countertops, hair ties under couches and beds, wads of hair on the floor and in the SILVERWARE DRAWER!!!! EEEWWWW. Mind that we were charged INSANE cleaning and service fees by this company. The location was nice because it was about 2 blocks from the beach. However, be careful if you are heading there in the spring/ summer 22 because the condos all around there are being renovated, and you could get a screw or a nail in the tire like we did. 😞

Good deal

Great location good property at a great price. Had bit of trouble locating house at night. So owner may want to improve on that. Either update directions to property or add a visible marker outside
