Le damos la bienvenida a nuestra Villa Desert Falls, donde puede disfrutar de un clima perfecto durante todo el año. Desert Falls Country Club es una comunidad cerrada de guardia las 24 horas con un fantástico campo de golf diseñado por Ron Frehm, nueve canchas de tenis iluminadas, un completo gimnasio de última generación, racquetball, tenis profesional y tiendas de golf ubicadas en una hermosa casa club. . Además hay 25 piscinas, dos son de agua salada.

TODAS LAS AMENCIAS DEL CLUB DE PAÍS ESTÁN AQUÍ PARA USAR DURANTE SU ESTANCIA.

Vistas espectaculares e impresionantes, montañas majestuosas y panorámicas, palmeras que se balancean, todo en medio de una comunidad vigilada que está muy cerca de fabulosos restaurantes, tiendas y mucho más.

Ambos baños fueron remodelados en junio de 2018 y la nueva unidad de aire acondicionado de alta eficiencia se instaló en julio de 2018. ¡Venga a disfrutar del desierto en un clima más cálido y aproveche las bajas multitudes, las bajas tarifas y aún disfrute de todas las comodidades!

Use of the tennis courts was a plus, the condo was well furnished but fell short on supplies no dish soap no laundry detergent but we supplied those and had a gret time we come have been down to the desert every every year since 2005 and stay for 9 days during the BNP Paribas Open tennis tournament

I apoligize for the lack of supplies, I had no idea they had not been replenished. I had our cleaning lady go to replenish all our supplies, I hope you give us another try.

Great view from the patio-enjoyed watching the ducks and pelicans. Condo was well equipped and bed was very comfortable. Kitchen has both a Mr Coffee and Keurig -but we couldn’t get the Keurig to work so good there was another option Enjoyed our stay

Wonderful condo in Palm Desert!

My husband and I stayed 2 weeks at this condo and it was excellent! Very comfortable, quiet and the kitchen was very well equipped! We enjoyed sitting on our deck every morning with our coffees watching the golfers. The location was perfect and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Shauna!

A great stay!

It was a very comfortable, clean, home with lots of dishes, cookware & spices! located right on the golf course with great views. Beds were really comfy too... The only down side was the master Bath took a long while before the water got hot. Overall It was a great family birthday celebration....and we hope to rent it again,

Best yet

This past March is the 8th time I have stayed in Desert Falls Resort and this property is by far the nicest. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped with anything you need to cook any meal and even comes with a good selection of spices. Most notably is the location being close to the 12th hole with views of the green and water feature. Looking forward to staying next year.

Really enjoyed our stay. The condo was just as advertised. Great view of the 12th green. Very relaxing to sit on the patio for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Everything you could possibly need is in the unit! If it's not there, you don't need it! Location is excellent too. Very close to restaraunts, attractions, shopping, etc. Unit is getting a little long in the tooth, but the value was excellent. Didn't have any contact with the owner, but didn't need to. All instructions were well laid out and easy to follow.

Location is great for our needs, as former members of DFCC. Nice. Jew of the 12th green. The condo was clean and is in need of a detailed cleaning. Furnishings are dated and bed in master bedroom need replacing. Owner replaced TVs with average flat screens.

Excellent and stress free property

Our stay was easy and pleasant. Access to the property was relatively straightforward. It’s a gated property so you do have to check in each time you re-enter the property but it was quick and simple. The pool nearest to the condo was a minute walk. Super close and heated. Living Desert Zoo was very close and a must see for all ages. The gym was well stocked and easy to access as well. The golf course was great - 9 year old and husband enjoyed playing it. Beds were clean and comfortable. The linens and towels were so soft and lovely. Wonderful property and great host. Thank you!

Jim and I have owned our place at Desert Falls Country Club for 8 years. We love coming and playing some golf, sitting in the clubhouse and enjoying the desert.

Jim is the South Pacific Regional Manager of Hain Corporation which is the largest organic food company in the world. He is on the road most weeks so we do enjoy our weekends in our place in Big Bear, California.

Shauna is the office manager for Adams Properties in Southern California. I manage industrial parks through Southern California.

We have 4 grown children, 3 married and our bachelor. We have a 5 yr. old grandaughter that lives in Austin, Texas with her parents and a 10 month old grandson that is about 8 minutes from us who also lives with his parents!

We both enjoy golfing and usually are doing it together wherever we can. We both enjoy traveling and plan our trips a year in advance.

We love our desert place and our vacation rental also in Kauai. Both of these properties we bought with family in mind. The kids enjoy visiting both of these destinations and we hope to spend lots more time in them in the future.

We decided to purchase in the desert because we can be there in 1.5 hrs. from Orange County where we live. Where our villa is located just was the topper. Desert Falls Country Club is gorgeous and we are right on the Par 3 lake hole and can watch golfers all day long if we want. Since we are both golfers we enjoy that. The mornings and evenings are the best with the mountains and gorgeous weather. We furnished it so couples can enjoy their time away just as we like to do.

Desert Falls Country Club is known as the friendliest club in the desert and that it is. Everyone is so helpful and the food is really good in the Clubhouse. If you enjoy shopping, the outlet mall is the best and you will find upscale shopping all over the desert. Great restaurants abound and we will give you our choices and information when you stay at our place.
