Just a short walk to the Beaumaris Marina. Hike the Huckleberry Rock lookout to see the sweeping views which is just 5 minutes down the road. Golfers have their choice of courses, all within a half hour drive. Boat to Port Carling and into Lakes Rosseau and Joe for all day boating.

FROG'S LEAP -This coastal style cottage, coach house and boathouse boast light and breezy rooms, bathed in white, blues and natural tones to create a calm and relaxed space. This cottage allows for every member of the family to find a comfortable spot to call their own. It consists of a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath main cottage with full suite accommodations in the 2 bedroom coach house and 1 bedroom boathouse. This cottage is perfect for families with young children and those with mobility issues with the level grassy land and shallow sandy beach. The buildings are surrounded by forest and gardens. The long deck runs the length of the house and boasts outdoor dining, seating area and brand new outdoor kitchen. A gentle walk to the water takes you to a sandy beach area on the south side of the property with a shallow, sandy walk in. The boathouse dock is 70 ft long with 2 indoor slips and one covered external slip available for guests along with a lovely indoor/outdoor living space, sauna and powder room. As seen in the pictures, this cottage in located in a private location with the nearest cottages on either side being over 1000ft away!

LIVING ROOM
Entering into this room from the main entry foyer this living room that provides a jaw dropping view of Lake Muskoka through the floor to ceiling windows. Cozy sofas surround the stone, gas fireplace. This is a great space to cozy up in the evenings or on a rainy day with a good book.
FAMILY ROOM
Open to the kitchen/dining area, this fabulous extra common area offers cozy sectionals, large TV and a traditional stone, gas fireplace.

COACH HOUSE (above garage)
This new airy space offers extended family and friends their own living space. Cozy sitting area with large upholstered arm chairs, TV, high ceilings, and kitchenette with microwave, sink and beverage fridge. Two bedrooms and a three piece bath finish off this space.
LOWER BOATHOUSE
Spend all day down at the 2 slip boathouse with its roll up garage door, allowing for an indoor outdoor entertaining area by the water, away from the sun. This great entertaining space has a seating area a beverage fridge, powder room and a separate full sized washer and dryer.
UPPER BOATHOUSE
Enjoy the water view from this lovely bright upper boathouse space. Convenient desk space to catch up on emails before heading out to a large upper boathouse deck. This space also offers a kitchenette with microwave, sink and beverage fridge and a cozy sitting area with a TV to catch up on your reading or escape from the activity of the main house.

The linens and turnover fee is $1680 per rental
This cottage includes 14 hours of midweek housekeeping during peak season rentals

The boathouse/coach House and 3 Season Muskoka Room are not available from Thanksgiving-Victoria Day Weekend
Outdoor furniture is not out from Thanksgiving-Victoria Day Weekend
