Nestled on the west shores of Lake Muskoka, Terra Nova is only 10 minutes outside of Bala, Ontario's Cranberry Capital. In Bala, be sure to indulge in a sweet treat from Don's Bakery. For dinner enjoy boating up to Lakeside Bala Restaurant or The Smokin' Birds Food truck. A 25 minute drive will bring you to the hub of Muskoka - Port Carling - where you can peruse the small town shops and restaurants!

PROPERTY
TERRA NOVA - Arrive to the stunning black cottage and matching Bunkie! A Muskoka granite stone pathway guides you to the front entrance which features timber frame posts and beams. The stone path continues around the left side of the cottage to the backyard oasis, where a multi-level deck boasts glass railings, an outdoor kitchen with a wood fire pizza oven, BBQ and mini fridge and dining table for 8! Four cushioned chairs overlook the waterfront. Six stairs bring you down to a granite stone terrace, where 4 chairs and a sofa surround a coffee table. A Traeger smoker provides the opportunity to level up your dinner from the traditional BBQ! A few flagstone steps take you down to the hottub and continue to cascade down to the water front.
The best place to find yourself mid-day is down at the boathouse cabana bar - atop 1 of 4 barstools enjoying a cold beverage. Two chaise loungers invite you to bask in the sun! Alternatively, six blue Muskoka chairs with footstools and end tables can be staged to your liking to soak in the panoramic views.
As the sun the begins to set, watch the stunning summer sunsets from the dock, or make your way to the fire pit area where 6 Muskoka chairs await your best campfire story!
The top of the driveway is home to the matching Bunkie, with a covered veranda and a sofa with 2 chairs - ideal for enjoying your morning cup of java!

Walkout to either the back patio or front yard.

The linens and turnover fee is $1380 per rental
This cottage includes 14 hours of midweek housekeeping during peak season rentals
