OceanView Home w/Private Pool and Private Beach Access

Cheerful oceanview home with private saltwater pool and amazing outdoor living space with outdoor kitchen and outdoor living room with TV on Ocean Isle Beach. This home is perfect for a family that wants close access to the beach. We are on the beach side of the street behind the first home with a private beach access walkout for the home just steps away.

There are 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom upstairs has an en suite bath and an office desk area and two yoga mats. The loft with two twin beds is next to the master. Each bedroom has a TV as well as a TV in the living room, bring your Netflix password. We have high speed internet, outdoor kitchen, washer/dryer, a saltwater POOL and plenty of beach fun! Pool heating is available for an additional fee.

The open floor plan provides a generous fully stocked kitchen, a Keurig coffee maker, ice cream maker, plenty of pots and pans for cooking, stove, oven, fridge WITH ICE MAKER and filtered water, freezer and a dishwasher. Use our outside grill area to cook up some amazing local seafood!

There are two king rooms, one queen room, and one full room, plus two twin beds in the loft, a living room, dining room, and kitchen, plus a deck with an ocean view and a saltwater pool. Pool can be heated for an additional fee.
We hope you enjoy the relaxation of Ocean Isle as much as we do. If you have a large family or need to have an event we have another listing 2366110. The close proximity of both homes is just a 1 minute walk down the beach or road.

Love parks, tennis, or pickleball? The county park has 6 tennis courts, pickleball courts, and a huge kids’ playground. There is also a playground, putt putt, museum, and fishing pier on the island!
Linens can be rented from a local linen company.

This property is absolutely amazing, it might “second row” but you feel like you’re front row with your own beach access and views. The pool is great too, having it heated while it got cold was an absolute must, will stay her again!

We had a wonferful vacation at this house . It has everthing you need and then some. Very easy check in and out Location was perfect. Even though it is considered a second row house from beach front it was so close . No roads to cross to get to the beach. It had a very quiet neighborhood. I've stayed in much more expensive houses but this one is exceptionally clean and has all that you need for a wonderful vacation.. I would definitely recommend it .

Spring Break 2025

We had a great time at "Isle have Another'! Owners have really maximized space and the house was perfect for our family of 5 (also allowing our kids to bring a friend--which has never happened on a vacation) our Rhodesian Ridgeback.The kitchen was well stocked, but there were some issues with dirty dishes being put away in cabinets (Host offered to have cleaning crew return, but I just washed the dishes again, so it was fine). The chairs by the pool were poor quality and my husband was almost hurt badly when he sat down and the chair back broke off. We noted all the other chairs also had cracks in them, so it may be best for only someone 100 lbs or under to sit in them (my husband is 5'10" and 175 lbs and it didn't hold him). Private access to the beach which is fantastic....neighbors we met were all very nice. Owner said the pool was to be cleaned the day after we arrived, but no one ever came to clean it...that was disappointing, but my teens found the skimmer and were able clean up some of the debris. Overall it was a great couple of days at the beach....WE LOVE OIB and hope to return!

Love this home!

This property was the perfect place for our family and dogs! Comfortable beds and well stocked home made our stay easy and comfortable. The short distance to the beach was the highlight for us and ending the day in the pool was amazing. Highly recommend and hope we can stay here again!

Family vacation

The property was an easy walk to beach and it had an ocean view between homes. The kids enjoyed the pool and looking for ghost crabs on beach. Not many people on beach which was great.

House location is excellent for easy access to and from beach and pool and outdoor tv area are super nice bonus features. Definitely would pick again. Host was super fast to reply to any questions.

Fun at the Beach

My family enjoyed our vacation. The cottage was clean and cool upon arrival. The pool/outside area was a favorite among the adults and kids. Jamie and Shawn were great hosts. Can’t wait to visit again.

Amazing

This house is perfect for a family! Super clean. Most well stocked kitchen of any rental. Tons of dishes, pots, pans, crock pots, spices, ice cream maker, hand mixer. Beds were all comfortable along with the other furniture. Grill outside was like new and made cooking so nice. Huge tv outside by the pool. Literally steps from the beach. The ac in the upstairs master was super cold and wonderful. Only less than perfect thing was the ac in the downstairs rooms wasnt quite as cold as we would have liked but definitely still cool. Talking with the owners with questions before the stay was easy and very fast communication. Even met the guy the day we arrived and he was super friendly. The house isn't a "luxury" house but feels like it could actually be our home! We definitely stay here again!!

Amazing find!

We loved this house! The location on the island is away from the crowds. The pool was a nice respite from the hot beach, although the private walk to the beach made it so convenient. The owners had a service come clean the pool halfway through the week which was a nice surprise. Everything you could need is in the storage closet - chairs, floats, and more. We even found the pool vacuum and cleaned the pool once on our own (because no matter how careful you are, sand makes its way into the pool). Our teens loved the bikes and rode to get ice cream almost every day. We slept four adults, two teens and a 9 year old comfortably. The kitchen was well appointed and we easily found everything we needed. We can’t wait to rent this gem again next summer!

Isle Have Another Family Vacation

The property is exactly as described. Very clean, every cooking utensils you would need for a large family, And the air conditioning was perfect. Toys, bikes and washer/dryer downstairs. The pool was very clean and large enough for a few floats and the beach is only steps away with a private walkway. We were actually on the beach more since access was so easy. The hosts are very easy to reach from our first contact with a few questions to our last day. We had 3 couples with 2 children under 5 and a 3 month baby. Our family enjoyed our stay and may rent again next year.

Great Stay!

My family of 7 just got back from a week at this home. It was a great stay! Very clean, homey, had everything i needed to cook dinner every night, and beds for everyone! This house is located perfectly on the Island and included a pool that we enjoyed! I would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay

The beach Was wonderful! The unit has a good view of the ocean. It was clean, except for the toilet. It had black spots from the water (or something) inside. It could not flush away. Not appealing at all. It is an older unit with squeaky floor and a musky, stale, odd odor. At times I had to wear a mask due to my medical condition and the difficulty ihad breathing. Plus i am sensitive to odors l, which didnt help.

The views and ocean sound can't be beat! Life is stressful and vacation should not be. We can't wait to share a place where you can relax, refresh, and rejuvenate yourself! Join us at Isle Have Another. There are 4 bedrooms and a loft with two twin beds. You get to be so close and convenient to the beach. You won't want to miss the sunsets and sunrises on the beach.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This home is small enough to be affordable but oh so close to the beach. It has an awesome new in 2024 outdoor kitchen with built in bar and grill by the pool. It also has a covered outdoor room with TV under the house and bext to the pool! If you are renting for a family event or wedding this home is perfect for extra family and is just five houses down from our luxury vrbo 2366110.
