This ocean front condo is fully furnished with 1 queen size bed and 1 queen-size sleeper sofa. The layout of this rental will comfortably accommodate 4 guests.

This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other rentals at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped. This studio offers endless views of the Atlantic Ocean!

The kitchen is very spacious and is one of the features that separates the Palace from many other resorts and rentals. Very few studios offer an oversized kitchen like this condo and other rentals here at the Palace. We provide all basic cookware, utensils, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to cook a full meal for the family. This listing also features a full-size dishwasher, fridge, and stove, as well as small appliances like a coffee maker and toaster.

The living area is the most comfortable area of the apartment. Guests can relax on the sofa or accent chairs and enjoy endless views of the ocean! The sofa converts to a queen-size bed. The dining table and chairs are located in the area as well. The queen bed faces the Southern window; wake up and see the ocean! There is enough space to accommodate 4 guests in the apartment. Many guests have spotted dolphins from the balcony, and the sunrise and sunsets are gorgeous.

This unit features a new sofa, new paint throughout, new tile flooring, updates to the cabinets, and new, modern, beachy decor! This unit feels nice and clean and will be ready for your next vacation to Myrtle Beach!

The full-size bathroom is located to the right when you walk through the main door. The bathroom features a standard shower/tub, toilet, and vanity.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi.

The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. A brand new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access.
