Great location

This was perfect for our little family weekend getaway. Beautiful sunset view and a quick 3 minute drive to Isla Blanca. We would definitely stay again.

A great condo with amazing sunset views.

Our host was hands on in anticipation of our needs. This is a very comfortable apartment with friendly neighbors and walkable to several bars and restaurants. It has a bay view from the patio. Amazing sunsets. We hope to stay there again next winter!

Father’s Day Weekend

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice and clean. Loved the high ceilings and decor. Nice view of the bridge and bay. The owner was very quick to respond and take care of minor issue when we arrived. We definitely want to stay here again in the future!

Beautiful apartment- more than expected!

This apartment is spacious and the high ceilings and sea shore decorations make it very comfortable living while on the SPI. The kitchen is stocked with more than expected utensils and dish ware. Parking is safe in a gated lot. Close to pool and a easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful view

Overall we enjoyed the stay. The condo has a modern, beach decor, with an open feel with the cathedral ceilings. The grounds and pools( one is heated!) are wonderful! David, the owner, was very responsive and addressed our concerns with the lack of cleanliness upon arrival and other maintenance issues. David took care of our concerns.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean. Was just a little inconvenience with the 2nd shower not working but we made it work. We will come back.

Great get a way

The condo was awsome. We had a great time. S.Padre has a cool arts trail to complete. You can find sand castle art or turtle art. The pools were nice. The property management did not take csre of the bathrooms at the pool, had to go to our condo. We will be going back for sure😃

Nice Unit

Unit was as listed. Positives: Unit was very clean and spacious. Kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. Pool was clean and property grounds taken care of. Bath towels provided and the washer/dryer was a nice touch. Negatives: Some cosmetic updates are in order with cracks in sheetrock/failing drywall tape pretty much in every room. Towel bar in bathroom was almost coming off the wall. We could never get the ceiling Lights in main living room to come on. Master bedroom ceiling fan would not spin. Security lights for the complex lit both bedrooms up to much. If you’re a light sleeper be aware. Owner needs to invest in some remodeling. It wasn’t a deal breaker and we would consider returning. Unit was centrally located with easy access to town. Beach access is not close so be prepared for a walk. We drove each day to public access points down the road.

Perfect Property for Your SPI Stay

Stayed here for a month and absolutely loved this property. Unlike some older locations on the island, this property is much newer and in good condition. Nice and comfortable inside with a good pool setup. While not on the beach, it is close. Very easy to get to after crossing the causeway, you don't have to fight SPI tourist traffic.

First time SPI month-long stay

This condo is in a gated complex, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Location was ideal for us, blocks from Isla Blanca Park and beach. It’s located on the top floor with a great view of the bridge from Port Isabel to the island. Balcony offered sunset views every night. Reserved parking spot was a nice surprise. Washer/dryer in unit was so convenient. Owner responded quickly to questions throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again.
