This spacious and cozy three-bedroom home is less than one mile from Lawrenceburg's city center - nestled in a quiet, residential neighborhood with a swimming pool, hot tub, and dual-level deck. Downtown restaurants, grocery stores, Wild Turkey Bourbon Distillery, Four Roses Bourbon Distillery, and the city park are all within close proximity. The property was completely renovated in Spring 2019 and contains all new furniture and flooring.

The property had everything that was listed It was neat and clean upon arrival, pool was great and so was the hot tub!!! Plenty of room for everyone and the whole family had fun. The owner and property manager were easy to reach and were very responsive. Overall this was a great experience and the next time we come through i would stay here again.

Great place

Great property, hot tub was great. Rooms were big, plenty of space. Only strange thing is the basement door has a ring doorbell that the hot tub is 100% in view of. The sensor kept detecting us meaning we were actively being recorded while we were in the hot tub.

Nice location

Everything was simple and straight forward, has a small fenced in backyard with hot tub and pool. Both were fairly clean. Neighborhood seemed safe.

Fun family meeting

The house was clean and nice as described. The owner forgot to change the code to the door for us to enter. When we called he fixed the issue.The water in the pool was ‘green’ the hot tub was fine. We found it odd that we were asked to wash and put away all the dishes. We felt leaving them washing in the dishwasher was best for us to be out by the appointed time. We would stay there again.

Great location

We stayed with friends and had an amazing time clean, beautiful and comfy. Pool and hot tub were nice after the hiking. Location was perfect close to all the sites and was a nice quiet neighborhood! Definitely would stay here again!

Comfortable and Convenient Stay in KY

The house was perfect size for our group of 6 adults. We did not spend a lot of time at the house during our visit but enjoyed the hot tub and back porch. The location was conveniently located for the area we visited. No issues.

This was such a great place to stay. It was within 2 hours of our home, had a pool and hot tub and was everything we needed for a nice little getaway.

Great property on the bourbon trail

We loved this place, 25 minutes or so from Buffalo Trace, minutes from Wild Turkey… was great to be able to take our daughter back to somewhere relaxing to swim and hang out. We will definitely book again for our next bourbon trail adventure.

What a great getaway!

Joe the host was the best! He was very easy to reach and accommodating for my parents who are older. The pool and hot were great and large kitchen and living room. And you’re close to a lot of convenient stops. Would come again!

Came down for Bourbon trail and wine. Good location and price compared to local hotels. Nice place and perfect for the trip. Lawrenceburg nice little town.

Perfect Summer Family home

This was perfect for our family we had went to the Ark about a hour away from the house but perfect cause it wasnt as long as a drive back to Tennessee and plenty of surrounding things to go and do. The Kids loved the Pool only wish there was more lights for at the pool deck in case they swim at night the hot tub was perfect after a long day of walking and they were close enough together where u can watch the kids and relax at the same time at night we would all pile up on the couch and watch a movie before we went to bed. Plenty of items in the kitchen to use for meals we cooked breakfest the next morning after we got there not hard to find the place and conveniently close to town but not to close where u feel like u are in city limits. But this place if a great family place to have everything u need and enjoy time together and do things in kentucky. Its a good central point in between alot of the things to do in northern kentucky for the Ark ,Mammoth Cave, and several water parks & in June & July the Fairs are going on to enjoy some entertainment around the surrounding areas.

Great place to stay for bourbon trails!

Great property!! All 6 of us enjoyed the stay and would return. We feel the photos online didnt do it justice. The property to the one side was a little rough to look at but the rest of neighborhood was nice.

Central to the Bourbon Trail

This was a nice place to stay. Had all the necessities and was close to the bourbon trail. The hot tub was the highlight of the property. There were some burned out light bulbs that made it dark in the house so that is something that could have been improved. All in all, a good stay.

We stayed one night at the end of our KYBT visit. Nice, big house that comfortably fit 6 adults. Hot tub was a nice extra for a relaxing evening. I'd stay again if we come that way again.

Perfect for Bourbon Trail

This home was exactly what three men needed as a base for both golf and the Bourbon Trail. The home was exceptionally clean and the pool and hot tub were a wonderful end to our days. There is more than enough space for more than just three people, which is what we had, and Joe was an amazing host. He was responsive to all of our questions and check in was very smooth. I would highly recommend this space.

A specialist refines his area of study until he knows more and more about ever less and less, until, he knows absolutely everything about nothing. I'm definitely, a generalist. I know absolutely nothing about everything. My interests range very wide from experiencing new cultures to performing simple house chores. I've traveled to a whole lot of places around the world that most people have never heard of and have done things most people will probably never have a chance to attempt.

Besides coffee drinking and camping trips, I enjoy playing guitar and riding my motorcycle. I also enjoy planning road trips to places I've never been.
