Independent and with private access, it offers comfort and tranquillity for a stay with family or friends, while remaining close to all amenities.

- Spacious, bright living room with sitting area, dining area and fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, utensils and crockery).

- Bedroom n°1 "Le Lac": 2 single beds (80x190) that can be converted into a double bed, en-suite shower room, storage cupboard
- Bedroom 2 "L'Olivier": 1 single bed (90x200), access to terrace and garden, storage cupboard, changing table
- Bedroom n°3 "La Fauvette": 1 bunk bed (90x200), desk and storage cupboard
- Separate bathroom with bath and laundry area (washing machine and tumble dryer)
