Cocoonr Annecy is delighted to present Roseaux du Lac 2, a 36 m² ground-floor apartment ideally located in a lakeside holiday residence in Duingt.
This modern residence, made up of around fifty units spread over two floors, enjoys privileged access to Lake Annecy thanks to its large private beach. Two well-known restaurants are located within the residence: Le Wakpala (open in summer) and Le BEC (open all year round). Water sports lovers will appreciate the wide choice of activities available on site, including paddleboarding, kayaking, wakeboarding, and waterskiing.
Just 10 metres from the lake, the apartment boasts stunning views of the mountains and Duingt Castle. Facing south-east, the private garden benefits from sunshine for most of the day, perfect for relaxing on the 9 m² furnished terrace or in the 50 m² garden.
The apartment is arranged as follows :
- Living room with a fully equipped kitchenette: ceramic hobs, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, crockery and utensils. Dining area for 4 people.
- Lounge area with TV and a sofa bed (additional sleeping option).
- Bedroom: two single beds (80x190 cm) that can be joined to form a double bed, with storage space.
- Bathroom: bathtub with glass shower screen, washbasin, hairdryer, and washing machine.
- Separate WC.

If you are arriving by car, a residents’ private parking area is available (unassigned spaces).
