New to VRBO, Newly updated, Beachfront Condo

New to VRBO and newly updated, second floor, beachfront condo just footsteps from the sand and water. This 2 BR/2BA condo has all you could need for your beach getaway. Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. Kitchen has a breakfast bar and separate dining table. Living area has ample seating and a 75 inch smart tv. Each bedroom has it's own bath (shower only)and television. Other amenities include central heat and air, full size washer and dryer, designated parking area, private deck and screened porch with unobstructed views of the beach and gulf. Guests will need to provide their own incidentals and beach toys and chairs. We will have a starter rolls of paper products for you.

Perfect week at the beach

My husband and I couldn’t have asked for anything more to make for a perfect week away at the beach. The location on the beach was wonderful. To be able to see and hear the ocean everyday was so relaxing. The unit was beautifully updated wand had everything to make the stay wonderful.

Perfectly appropriate.

For a small family of 4 this was the perfect place for our first vacation. The view was great, accomadations cozy, and amenities perfect. We hope to stay here again soon.

Great family beach trip

I stayed here with my husband and two children and it was the perfect fit for us. I loved sitting on the screened in porch on the mornings and drinking my coffee while watching the beautiful beach view.

Steps to the surf

This was the nicest condo we have ever stayed in on St. George. Literally steps from the beach. The kitchen has everything one needs to prepare any meal, the living room is comfortable (giant TV) and the screened in porch offered great views of the beach.Definitely will try to stay here next time in St George.

Great Stay on St. George Island!

First time visiting the island and my husband and I enjoyed our time here very much! We appreciated the cleanliness and all the amenities. Best part is the location. We loved hearing the ocean, watching the dolphins from the deck and walking the beautiful beach. Hope to be back some day!!

What a great place!

The condo was perfect for my wife and I. Everything seemed brand new. Very comfortable and just a few steps from the beach. We'll be back at least once next year.

Spring break getaway

We had a wonderful time staying here in this condo. The location is amazing and it’s right on the beach. The inside is gorgeous, cozy, and comfortable. Amenities were fantastic as well. It’s a maybe 40 yards from deck to sand on beach and we loved that. We would definitely rent here again!

We had a small snafu at the beginning, but it was all worked out and we absolutely enjoyed our time. The beach being right out the door was very something we have missed.

Great place and location on the island!

We loved our stay at this condo, it was perfect for our family of 4 and our youngest who is one it was nice to have a screened in porch that we could all sit on and not worry about him getting hurt or getting out in any way. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. The only feedback I have is a coded door would be nice, we were nervous the whole time about having one key to access the place, but otherwise the stay was great!

Beautiful

This condo was super clean and a great location!! We enjoyed the screened in porch and being steps away from the Ocean. This was our second year in St. George and we will be back!! The beach is super nice and not over crowded. Loved being on the beach!!

I absolutely love this property, this was our second stay at this property. All I can say is... it is perfect for us!!! Love the fact it takes 30 second's to get from room to beach. The interior is very nicely upgraded...feels like home

Great View Great Condo

Our 2nd stay. Condo is always well kept and up to date. Beds sleep great and porch is a joy. Well stocked and owners are easy to work with and very responsive. Close to the beach and easy access to city center. Had to evacuate due to Hurricane Helene and owners kept us informed often about evacuation.
