Luminoso y luminoso, recientemente remodelado, condominio en planta baja de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños a pasos del Golfo. Duerme cómodamente 5 (cama queen, 2 gemelos y cuna plegable). Cada habitación tiene su propio baño privado (duchas, no bañera). Cocina completamente equipada con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, gran mesa de comedor y barra de desayuno. La sala de estar ofrece muchos asientos con TV de pantalla grande que se abre al porche para entretenimiento exterior. Gran terraza para tomar el sol y relajarse al aire libre. Todo lo que necesita es su cepillo de dientes, accesorios y artículos de playa (sillas, toallas y juguetes).

It was lovely. Great location and nicely decorated and well stocked kitchen. It has a wonderful screened in porch and very easy access to the beach. I wish it had a King size bed and it needed a stereo system for some music but otherwise, just about perfect.

This was our first time visiting St. George Island and we absolutely loved it! The location of the condo was great and the beach access was amazing! The condo was fantastic very clean and just like the pictures.Kim was great with everything.

Best Screen Porch on the Island

The condo is clean and comfortable and literally only steps from the ocean. We could listen to the waves from the large, well-furnished screen porch. The owner made it easy to book and provided easy to follow instructions. I hope to rent this unit again some day!

GREAT Place to Relax and Unwind

This was our first time staying at Weatherwood 2, and won't be the last! This was by far, the cleanest and most well equipped vacation rental we have stayed in recently. You have to remember to bring extra paper products, and foods, beach towels, and whatever "water toys" you might want.....all no problem for us, as I usually bring "extras" anyway. The owners were easy to work with if we had a question. The kitchen was well stocked with all types of utensils or cookware, you might need. Furniture was comfy, we slept well, and baths were sparkling clean. The owners had just finished a total make-over to entire unit, (this was lower level of a quadriplex (?)). The decor and colors, accessories, all were very tasteful and "beach" style, which is very appropriate! Also, only 1 step to get into unit, and only a few steps down a sandy path to get to the Gulf! Perfect for those with some ambulatory issues. Who could ask for better? We spent most of our waking hours on the lanai, which faces the gulf, listening to the surf and basking in the sun on the deck, reading a book!....I actually got 2 books read in a few days! Short drive to "Apalach" and Eastpoint for some good food and sightseeing. We intend to return!!

Another Wonderful Stay ay Weathered Wood II

This was our 3rd time to rent the property. Location just yards from the beach! My friends and I are all 60+ and we love the fact that we dont have to climb stairs! Everthing was immaculate as always. When we weren't on the beach we spent a good amount of time on the screened porch. As always, the owner, Kim made sure to touch base if we needed anything. Will be back next year for sure!

Perfect Getaway

Fantastic location. Beautiful condo. Very well equipped. Needed to bring beach chairs but the profile clearly stated that. Easy in and out. Loved the private bathroom for each room. Porch and deck were wonderful. Literally steps to beach. Clear instructions. Nice restaurants on island. Lots of History and Wildlife within driving distance. We had an amazing time. So peaceful. Relaxation on St. George Island

After staying at Weathered Wood last November, we just had to return during November this year. This property is perfect for "hiding in plain sight." Directly on the beach, gulf-side, just steps from the surf, this property has everything for a great, relaxing getaway.
