Brand new Palmar 1bedroom penthouse on the 8th floor - Amazing View

This newly remodeled beautiful condo is located at Palmar, the perfect place to stay in Cozumel.

The unit offers a spacious open plan floor and has 1-bedroom and 1.5-baths, the internet is very fast and this kitchen has American stainless appliances; granite counter tops and is fully equipped with quality pots and pans, plates and flatware.

The Bedroom offers a king size bed with a private full bath and a small TV.

The living room area offers a Queen sofa bed perfect for kids.

The terrace offers an outstanding view to the ocean, swimming pool and a Weber grill.

We have two cars in great condition with air conditioning for rent. Both are standard transmissions for $45 a day with insurance included. They’re in much better condition than most car rentals. Contact us for availability and payment methods.

Our regular check-out time is at 10:30 am, we kindly ask to all our guests to adhere to our check-out time when we have guests arriving the same day. Otherwise you are welcome to leave the condo at 12:00 pm with no charge. Please confirm for availability.
In case that you would like to stay longer, we charge a fee for $10 dollars per hour.

We had a wonderful stay at Palmar Condominiums. The unit was very well appointed and hosts were responsive and accommodating. We have stayed in many Condominiums in Cozumel and this was one of the nicest and most comfortable. Highly recommend.

It’s a lovely place to stay. A bit of a hike to town if you don’t have a rental vehicle Excellent hosts, excellent views If we come back to Cozumel, we will def stay here

Beautiful view!

Luxury condo on 8th floor. Had all of the amenities and hosts were very responsive. Beautiful view and enjoyed the hummingbirds feeding on the balcony. Hope to be back soon!

Great view and location

Enjoyed well decorated full living room and 2 baths Food close by well ocked utensils and 2 flat screens with many if not all usa channels. Pool and tennis court used every day. .

Paradise at the Palmar

Paradise from the moment we walked in the door. Wonderful sunset view. Everything about this property was perfect. From the initial reservation to the exit was seamless. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. We will be back soon!

No better view!

The best part of our stay was ending our day/evening just sitting on the balcony taking in the view! Just a beautiful condo, wonderful people who rent other places, biggest, cleanest pool on the island! We would love to buy one, but they are deservedly out of our price range, so we just keep renting!

Perfection

This place couldn't be more perfect! The views of the sunset were amazing from the patio and even better from the small tiki bar right across the street. The staff was extremely helpful and informatize. The condo was stocked with everything you would need to cook any meal. I be coming back to this place in the future. Totally recommend over an all inclusive resort. Being able to get out and walk around was the best part of the trip and we felt completely safe all hours of the day.

Mini Paradise

The stay at this paradise was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. You can't put a price tag on peace and tranquility, this home delivered. The photo's give a brief overview, but don't do enough justice. Having the luxury of waking and falling asleep with a view of the Caribbean Sea is beyond incredible. Also, a prime location with access to local restaurants and Stingray Beach. The hosts were very receptive and provided detailed guidance before and during stay. Looking forward to the return, I consider home away from home.

Great stay in Cozumel

The property was excellent, furnished very stylishly and comfortable. The bed was comfortable which can be sketchy is some places. Large patio which we enjoyed daily, watching the hummingbirds. The pictures are very accurate. The location was great, we were close enough to downtown to easily get groceries but far enough away to avoid the hustle. Watching the cruise ships was a daily entertainment. Having the laundry facilities was very critical since we stayed over two weeks. Communication with the host was easy, all the staff were friendly and helpful. Walking distance to good foods and coffee at the Coco cafe. We would definitely return. We dove with Cozumel Dive Academy, they were great, would use them again. Overall an excellent trip.

Beautiful cozy condo!!

Our entire experience in renting this little charm of a place was absolutely incredible. Victoria and Christopher responded immediately with any questions I had. The condo was so nice and so very clean! Martina the housekeeper did a marvelous job, she is very good at what she does! Lais was so pleasant to work with also, he too is very good at what he does. The view is amazing!!!! We enjoyed having coffee on the deck/patio and the sunsets are gorgeous. Just can’t say enough good things about this whole experience. Book it …. you will not be disappointed!

A fantastic place to be introduced to Cozumel

I was on a work/exploration trip to the Riviera Maya area. I came upon this lovely vrbo location and could not have been happier being a first time vrbo user. Typically, I hotel my stays but everything about the trip was a little loose as I came solo to sequester myself to accomplish some entrepreneurial ventures I'd had in my head. Translated, I came to "code" my visions. Nevertheless, the place was stunning and just what the doctor ordered. I got the answers to what I needed on the area and just was happy to have a comfy place to stay. I'll likely be back to the area sooner than later however, I think I'll stay in Play Del Carmen to explore that a little more. I do know I'm schedule for TWO weddings in the Riviera Maya over the next couple years, thanks to Covid postponement's. In a perfect world I'll have my own place to stay if it feels right. Thanks to the hosts for their oddly responsive nature - that never happens!! Should I be back to Cozumel I'd look to no other vrbo rental because now I know HOW it's supposed to be!! Why rock the boat!! lol Best regards, C
