Breathtaking penthouse condo is available at The Happy Fiddler. This unit is totally updated and decorated to provide a tranquil beachfront experience. This spacious beachfront penthouse condo has fabulous sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico and gorgeous views of the Intracoastal Waterway, offering you amazing SUNRISE and SUNSET views.

The unit sleeps 6 maximum and requires a minimum 7 night rental. This luxurious penthouse comes with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Large master with king bed, ensuite full bath, flat screen TV and beautiful views of the beach and water. The split floor plan includes 2 additional bedrooms both with beautiful Intracoastal water view, located on the opposite side of the condo allowing for superb privacy. The second guest bedroom features a king bed and flat screen TV. The third guest bedroom has two (2) twin beds and flat screen TV. Both guest bedrooms connect to a shared full bathroom. There is also a rollaway bed available.

The open floor plan provides stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico from the large kitchen, dining area, great room, and bonus room. Relax in the bonus room that includes a 9 foot shuffleboard table, arcade game and pub style table and chairs to enjoy cocktails, meals, or sunsets. Unwind on the spacious private outdoor terrace, which is perfect for outdoor dining, entertaining, sunbathing or watching the spectacular sunsets. Your private outdoor terrace overlooks beautifully manicured tropical grounds and a large, heated pool surrounded by an extensive sundeck.
This unit also features a private laundry room with washer/dryer.

Decorated to capture the true beach lifestyle and fully equipped including linens, towels, all kitchen appliances, dishes, silverware, TVs, central heat/air, patio furniture, board games, beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach toys.

Family trip

We loved our stay at this property! Not only are the views gorgeous, but the space itself is inviting and in a great location. We loved that their were beach towels and chairs and being able to walk to dinner was fantastic!

Great location - fabulous view and beach

Place was just as described. The place was very clean and well equipped. Location is great, many great places to walk to, yet not overly crowded. Kids loved having the pool and the beach. The outside deck was great for sunset nightcaps; and the view from the living room is unbelievable!!

Beach Perfection!

Our stay at this condo was great! Tremendous amount of space for 5 adults, lovely private outdoor patio overlooking the beach, huge amount of space inside for dining, doing puzzles and sofas for lounging! Every need considered! Highly recommend. Even our rain day was spectacular with the view from our condo!

Back Again!

This is our 3rd time staying at this location (I think that says it all). I wrote a review a couple of years ago sharing how nice this place is and it really is! The property and location is excellent. David is an outstanding host and has put thought into all of the little details you need for your stay. This is our family's favorite place now when we go to Indian Rocks Beach for vacation! Thank you David for letting us stay at your Condo, we plan to come back again!

Highest quality IRB condo

My third time staying in the Fiddler building but my first time renting this condo. My stay was fantastic. The condo is large, and really top of the line all the way down to the fixtures and furniture. No skimping done by the owners who were also great to work with and communicated clearly. I highly recommend based on location, cleanliness, and amenities. Will absolutely rent again.

Sensational property!

This property is outstanding! It is a very well appointed unit with everything you need! Also includes all you need for the beach, which is just steps away! Very nice beach chairs and wagon, boogie boards and sand toys made the beach experience extra special. Host was very communicative and checked on us throughout the stay which was appreciated. The views are phenomenal! To sit on the deck and watch the sunsets was spectacular! Amazing visit!

peace and relaxation

We stayed for a little over a week and we couldn’t have been happier! What a beautiful place that was really equipped with everything you could possibly need. Including tons of games and everything you may need for the beach. It is beautifully decorated and there is so much room. The views are stunning!! We enjoyed the beach here so much. The pool was really nice and everything is kept really clean. The perfect place to relax and unwind. We regret not staying longer. The location is great and close to a lot of great restaurants. We without a doubt plan to stay here again!!

Spectacular!!

This condo penthouse is more than we expected. The layout of this unit is very functional for six guests. The views are outstanding. You can sit on the deck and watch the beautiful sunsets. The furnishings are very nice and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and is also well stocked. The unit is equipped with nice beach chairs, toys, etc. The owner has paid good attention to details. Good communications with the owner. There are verities of very good restaurants within walking distance. We had an outstanding vacation!

Our best rental in IRB in the past 20 years. Recent remodel very well done and furnished nicely. Everything works well and in like new condition, beautiful living area with comfy couches, great kitchen with all the details attended to. Nice towels, beach chairs, and toys . Many extras that most rental are lacking. Quiet, even the AC is quiet. Comfortable beds, great outside space. It was a great place to relax, be together and enjoy IRB. Can’t wait to go back!

April 24,2024 Vacation

Let me start out by saying we have used VRBO often and have stayed in several properties by the ocean. This one is SPECTACULAR!!!!!! I am so impressed I don't know where to start. The inside of the condo is very spacious. You are literally 50 yards from the ocean and the view out of your living room windows is breathtaking. We turned off the AC, opened the windows, and listened to the surf while we drank our coffee every morning. Every night we sat in the comfortable couches to watch the beautiful sunset. The kitchen appliances are updated and you have everything you need to cook. In a lot of the other places we have stayed the pans are all scratched up which makes it challenging to cook with. All three bedrooms had plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable. We don't watch much television while on vacation but did watch the NFL draft on the 85" television in the living room. All of the tv's were good sized and newer. When you are ready to go to the beach you have everything you need, great chairs, umbrella, large thick beach towels, cooler and boogie boards. The walk to the beach is about two minutes which was not crowded. If you don't want to go to the ocean, the pool is right there and is heated and wasn't crowded at all. Since the place is not huge, you don't have to worry about getting a chair. Many great places to eat nearby too. To tell you how great the owner is, our hot water went out on Sunday and was fixed in less than an hour!!!

Wonderful Vacation Condo

Took the family to the condo and we had a great stay! The views are awesome, location is excellent, and the condo is bright, clean, comfortable and spacious. The condo had all we needed to take down to the beach right in front of the Happy Fiddler to enjoy the ocean. Dave was kind and checked in on us to make sure our stay was going good. We had an excellent stay and would like to return to this lovely penthouse condo again when we come back to Indian Rocks!

Awesome Penthouse at Happy Fiddler

This condo is amazing! Beautiful views of both the Gulf and intracoastal waterway, private rooftop patio, gorgeous sunsets every night. Every restaurant we went to in Indian Rocks Beach and surrounding communities was great. Highly recommend this location.

Spring Break 2022

This property over exceeded our expectations. The pictures do not do it justice. The living room has plenty of room for all of us to watch basketball on the amazing 86inch TV. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. The beach chairs, beach towels and toys were so nice to have as well. The location was perfect. Right on the ocean and having the dock on the intercoastal was great for fishing. Walking distance to amazing restaurants, shops and ice cream. The owners were so wonderful to work with. Great communication and so sweet to add a little touch to help me celebrate a journey. We are already planning our next vacation.

Prime location with amazing view!

Had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful property. The listing is accurate and the pictures don't do it justice. The view is breathtaking, especially at sunset. Wonderful location right on IRB. The beach has soft, white sand and is not overly crowded. The pool area is clean and the pool is heated. Easy access to the troll with good restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. The condo was very clean upon arrival. Spacious and comfortable. Tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed including ice packs for the cooler. Beach towels and chairs provided along with toys for children. The owner had a binder with information about the property along with brochures for local attractions and menus for near by restaurants which we found to be helpful and a nice touch. Also had a cabinet full of games which we were able to enjoy playing while relaxing in the evening. The host was pleasant to work with, good communication. Property managers were friendly & accommodating. We left this property already planning future visits. Highly recommended. 5 Stars.
