Ubicación, ubicación, ubicación! Nuestra unidad de la planta baja es una unidad de 500 pies cuadrados, 1 dormitorio, 1 baño, con una cocina completa y sala de estar ubicada en el nivel de la planta baja de nuestra casa de campo de playa grande. Se encuentra en la planta baja, por lo que los huéspedes pueden salir por la puerta y la playa está en su patio trasero!

Esta no es la experiencia típica de un condominio. Ubicado directamente en la playa, con su propia playa privada de 60 pies en su propio patio trasero. Súper limpio, con todos los colchones de alta calidad en toda la casa. El nuevo propietario ha hecho algunas mejoras realmente agradables desde que asumió el control en 2017. Construido en la década de 1960 y decorado con una decoración elegante y playera, Tommy's on the Beach tiene todas las comodidades modernas que uno podría esperar, pero aún conserva el encanto de una casa de playa original de Florida.

Experimente la playa como solía ser. Ofrecemos una oportunidad única de experimentar la Florida antes del gran auge del desarrollo. No hay ascensores llenos de gente, grandes estacionamientos y enormes edificios de cemento sin encanto.

La unidad de la planta baja es parte de una cabaña grande frente a la playa de 3 unidades. Somos un alquiler de vacaciones para familias y con permiso, también un alquiler de vacaciones para perros que se comporta bien. Situado entre Clearwater Beach y St. Petersburg Beach, Indian Rocks Beach está justo en el corazón del área de Tampa Bay.

Hay miles de condominios para elegir, pero muy pocas casas de playa originales permanecen en Florida. Tenemos la suerte de tener uno de ellos, ¡y queremos compartirlo con ustedes!

Our stay was great! Check in was super easy. The living space was clean. Only problem was the dryer stopped working during the stay but the host made accommodations for us until it was fixed. Had a great stay and will hopefully come back to Indian Rocks again.
Yellow building is Tommy’s on the beach.
Sunsets were great!

Great condo and a great location

My husband and I had a great stay at Tommy’s on the Beach. He is not a beach guy and I won him over after this vacation. The condo was very clean and you can’t beat the location. Within walking distance of quite a few restaurants. The pool along with everything you need for the beach is great. The only thing I can thing of is maybe a better mattress for the bed. It was a great stay and we can’t wait to come back next year!

The condo was very clean and organized. Kids loved that they were able to play in the ocean and then walk back to play in the pool anytime they wanted too. The items available to use at the beach were top notch. Loved the view of the ocean and sun set from the balcony.

Great view, wonderful place

Clean, easy access to check in and condo, let us in a little early. View was spectacular! Outside area well kept. Good area, could walk to places. Publix convenient to get to. Very well equipped with necessities and kitchen tools. Maria, the housekeeper very nice. Patrice responded quickly to our needs. Can’t say enough good things. Only problem was TV situation. We had to reboot the cable every time we would turn on the tv, otherwise we couldn’t get guide, change channels, or make any kind of movement. Bedroom TV, we never could get it to respond. Other than that and the bad weather(obviously no one’s fault), great place.

This was our second year and this is one of the best vacation spots we found out in Indian rocks Beach. We already booked for next year to stay another week in April. Had trouble with the TV. The owner Patricia and her husband got right back to us helped us in anyway they could. The property manager, Maria outstanding, she helped us and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend anybody looking to stay in the Indian rocks Beach

Perfect spot for beach getaway

This is a very nice condo right on the beach with everything you would need for a great vacation. I highly recommend this spot and Indian Rocks Beach in general!

Our new favorite Florida destination

This place was perfect for our family. The beach and pool had everything to entertain our kids, 4 and 6 years, for hours. The property was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. We enjoyed the incredible sunsets and made some great family memories. When we come back to this area, this will be the first place we try and stay!

Wonderful property - everything you need is there

We really enjoyed our time here. Patrice is super easy to work with and was very timely in communicating. She has thought of everything that you'd need for a beach vacation and made sure it was there in the unit. This really made it so nice to not have to worry about bringing extra things, like insulated coolers and even beach bags. If we ever find ourselves out this way again, we'd definitely stay here.

Amazing in EVERY Way!!

Best vacation ever staying in this beautiful condo! Honestly, couldn’t have been anymore perfect…. Condo was decorated just as I would a beach place, stocked with everything you could need and more and the location on the beach as well as proximity to wonderful bars/restaurants was perfect! Not far from things but the condo was quiet and not in too busy of a location!! I was impressed by the property manager and owners response times! Both were helpful and so nice! We are already looking at booking it again…. It was so hard to leave!

We’ve stayed at many places along the Florida gulf coast over the past ten years! Tommy’s on The Beach is now the favorite! Clean and well equipped sums it up best! Amazing!

This property exceeded our expectations! Patrice was very responsive before and during our stay. The unit was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with new items. I appreciated having some empty shelves and drawers for our food. Having the pool and beach just steps away has now spoiled us for any future vacations! The beach wasn’t crowded at all in late October and the temps were perfect. Our son loved the kayaks and SUP boards. Awesome to have the pool when we wanted a quick break from the beach. The sunsets were absolutely gorgeous! We had delicious food at Beach Waves, Cafe de Paris and Sandy’s. So convenient to have all three just steps from the rental. We have already talked about hopefully returning next year. Highly recommend this property!

Fall Break at Indian Rocks Beach

The property at Tommy’s at the Beach was just exactly what we needed for a great vacation with little ones and adults! The view from our porch was incredible, almost total ocean and sky view. We could see dolphins swimming down the shore in early morning. With the amazing sliding doors, it felt as if we were still a part of our group (when we had to take a little one upstairs for a snack or nap) who were down a level swimming in the pool. Patrice has done a great job with creating a slice of paradise with these newly built condos.

Most accommodating vacation stay

The condo was beautiful with scenic views of the ocean and sunset. My family enjoyed the paddle boards, kayaks and floats. The owners Patrice and Domingo were wonderful to book with and very easy to contact. They ensure that you have a good stay. The condo was fully loaded , clean and had more than usual amenities. I would highly recommend this condo. Ample parking, restaurants close by and great location. The heated pool was so enjoyable to watch the sunset. I have never stayed at a condo with some many “extra’s.” It is steps away from the beach. The very large glass sliding doors give you a full view of the beach. Would highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.

We had a great stay.

Had a great stay, the double door wall slider was a great feature. The extra amenities were great, loved having the loungers for the beach and the kayaks. Sunsets were amazing, kids loved kayaking at sunset, made for amazing pictures. Beach Waves Grill was our favorite place to eat. Thanks for a great stay!!

Mini Vacation

Property was very clean and came with everything we needed including a pack n play and high chair. Patrice was very quick to respond to any messages we sent her. We loved how close the property was to the beach, which made taking a 16 month old to the beach very easy. We would definitely stay again at this location!

Fantastic Family Beach Vacation Getaway

Hands down one of the best places our family has stayed dirently on the beach in that area. We go every year for spring break, somewhere between Madeira Beach and Indian Rocks Beach area. Literally step from the beach and pool. This place has EVERYTHING you need for a beach vacation. Tons of water toys, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, coolers, etc. My kids enjoyed the pool every day. As for the unit, it is amazing! 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen and nice sized living room. But despite all that great space, we loved the balcony the most. It was so big and the doors slide wide open so nothing is blocking your view of those amazing sunsets or sitting in the morning drinking coffee. Nice grill area- we cooked out several days abs are on our balcony. Parking was easy and check in a breeze. Great communication with Patrice. We became regulars of the Beach Waves Grill (yummy tacos and grouper sandwich) and Cafe de Paris- amazing coffee, fresh tarts, danishes, bread- just go! We became regulars and they welcomed us every morning. Definitely stay there! You will have memories that will last a lifetime!

FISHING: Fish for mackerel, snook, sheepshead, sea bass, cast net for mullet!

SPECIAL ATTRACTIONS: Disney World is about a 1.5 hour drive away. Busch Gardens is about a 45 minute drive away. Many fun and exciting tourist destinations are less than an hour drive from our home!

Family Dog welcome with approval. No Barkers.
