Tastefully decorated ground floor beachfront condo! Charming views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico! Guests are sure to enjoy their beach vacation at Seagull #103. This beachfront condo features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and accommodates up to 8 guests. This condo is tastefully and professionally decorated with features such as custom made kitchen & bathroom counters and tile & bamboo hardwood flooring. Seagull Condominiums has a great pool and hot tub area for guests to catch some sun and have fun! The beach access right next to the condo complex is perfect for a quick and direct route straight to the beach.

The main living room is a great spot for guests to unwind after a day of enjoying South Padre Island! The main living area is elegantly decorated and entails plenty of seating. Opening up the sliding doors on the entertainment center reveals a flat screen TV. The dining area offers seating for 7 guests, with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The stylish kitchen has a great open concept and comes fully equipped with all pots, pans, and appliances you may need to prepare a fantastic meal. Attached to the main living area is the private oversized balcony which guests can relax on while enjoying the beach view, sound of the waves, and ocean breeze!

The master bedroom is spacious and features a King bed, flat screen TV, and en suite bathroom. The master bathroom is roomy and has a nice tiled walk-in shower and a double vanity sink. This condo also features two additional guest rooms. The first guest room entails two sets of Twin trundle beds, flat screen TV, and en suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The second guest room features a Queen bed, flat screen TV, and a shared guest bathroom. This shared guest bathroom also has a tiled walk-in shower.

Convenient beach access, comfortable beds, cold AC

The unit was great! The access to the beach was right there. The beds were comfortable. The AC was super cold. The kitchen had plenty of gadgets. We could not figure out how to access the showers outside to rinse off, but other than that, everything was great. Would highly recommend.

South Padre Condo Rental

The unit was very nice and clean, with great views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. The pool was clean and warm. TV and wifi worked and we used the kitchen every day.

Nice Location - Rental Needs Some Attention

The location of the unit is great - proximity to beach, shops and restaurants. I was surprised that we could not walk off the patio as the picture appears, there is a several feet drop from a large retaining wall. To exit the unit is through a back door and then a security gate. The unit was clean which i appreciated. With that said- I have rented many vacation rentals I feel I understand the standard for the cost of the rental. I did not feel this met my expectation. The units needs some attention-window treatments are defective and stained, dishwasher not secured and insulation exposed, bathroom faucets rusting, to name a few. No Broom...with being at the beach the unit did not have a broom or sweeper and as you can imagine, sand gets tracked with not option to clean it up. In addition, expect very limited supplies - No foil, wrap, baggies. No seasonings other than a sample salt and pepper. Usually there are some of these supplies, since most are traveling into the area. I find this surprising as nearly any time I stay at a vacation rental I leave behind these items, that I purchase as someone after me could use them. But not this unit-everything must be taken out.

Family trip with teens

VERY DELAYED REVIEW...LOST IN EMAIL! The location was great! The first floor view was blocked by a large sand dune, but we were on the beach most of the time. There was no hose to wash off sand near the walkway, so we had to enter the property and go past the pool to wash off sand. This was messy for the property and not easy to figure out! There HAS to be a better way to do this. When we first got there, we noticed the fridge was broken, but maintenance came right out and it was fixed! After that, anything we called about was immediately addressed. The furniture is in disrepair. (mainly dinette chairs...several broke, and we are not big people.) We were overall happy because it's the beach and we had a fun group of teens. SPI is an awesome beach to visit!

Definitely worth it!

The condo was super clean and well stocked! I mean from beach toys and supplies to safety supplies! We stayed three nights and a big storm came in on the last night, taking the power with it. We were thankful there was plenty of flash lights and batteries and a first aid kit! We’d definitely recommend this rental, especially for families. From the very clean pool area to the actual beach access, everything was so easily accessible from the condo which came in handy with our toddler. Thank you to the wonderful staff around.

A very well kept condo in every way. Rent it you wont be disappointed. I will go back. Hopefully to see Elon Musk's rockets launch from across the bay. I have rented condos and homes in the past. This condo was excellent in all ways.
