Age requirement to rent- 24 years old.

Seaside Luxury- Sleeps 9 comfortably. 3bd and 2 baths, located on the west side of Panama City Beach, 3 min drive away from the sugar white sand and beautiful emerald water beach.

We offer a 6 seat golf cart included with your stay, must show proof of insurance and sign a waiver.

Small dogs welcomed must be under 50lbs and a non refundable deposit of $100 per pet.
2 pets max
Must have in crate or backyard when not at home.
If a pet is staying and has not been added as a guest there will be a $200 nonrefundable fee and or your stay can be terminated.

Seaside Luxury is a 3 bedroom home with 2 full bathrooms. The house has granite counter tops and a kitchen full of amenities. We have pots, pans, silverware, and plates if guests decide to cook. New Washer and dryer for the guests convenience. Equipped with flat smart screen tv's in each room with high speed internet.

This place is so clean and well-stocked! They provided everything we needed for a great vacation. The house and beds are very comfortable. Having the golf cart was so nice for quick and easy runs to the beach and back. We will be back!

The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our family of 5 to have a great trip. It really felt like home. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well supplied, nice fenced in back yard for our dog to get fresh air, and we especially enjoyed the use of the golf cart. The beach is just a short golf cart ride away and we even drove it down Front Beach Rd to visit Thomas Donuts and Pier Park. Huge hit with the kiddos and our dog! Our kids said this may be our best vacation yet! Check in/out were a breeze. Jessica was a wonderful hostess, definitely hope to visit here again!

Perfect house for teenagers and our dog. The golf cart was PERFECT. we could go back and forth to the beach in minutes. Huge floorplan and a great backyard. Beds were nice and lots of extra sheets were available.

This was our 2nd time staying here, and everything was just perfect. We enjoyed the 6 seater golf cart it was nice to have to go to the beach and around. The back yard was nice for the dog and the grandson and we enjoyed sitting on the front & back porch. The kitchen is very spacious to serve meals in. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Beach House

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach house. Extremely clean, beautifully decorated, stocked with everything we needed, privacy fenced back yard for our pups, great responsive host to any needs. Great location, on the quiet West end of the beach, yet short drive to anything. Highly recommend.

If you’re looking for a super clean, newly renovated house that’s in a great location, this is it! Although the house sits near a busier road, it was quiet and peaceful. The yard is perfect for the pets too!

Great beach getaway

Great location for a less crowded part of PCB!! This area is being renewed with new construction mixed with older homes and is a peaceful neighborhood full of beach charm. Golf cart was nice to have for our family of five as the walk to the beach would be a bit much for all of us and our beach gear. The house was clean and well stocked and the Jessica was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this VRBO for several reasons. Not only does it offer close access to the beach—with a golf cart included—but it also has thoughtful touches throughout the home. Small essentials like coffee and other items you might forget to pack were already on site, which made settling in so much easier. While it's not fully stocked for skipping a grocery run altogether, it does have enough to get you started comfortably. These little conveniences really added to our overall experience.

This house is perfect! The cleanliness was five-star, and the pups loved the fenced-in yard. There is construction next door that began at 7:30 each morning making it difficult to sleep, but I appreciate the beautiful homes being built.

First PCB trip

We enjoyed the property very much! It was just as listed and expected, super clean, had everything we needed to relax and enjoy ourselves. Unfortunately we didn't do our research and were unaware that the beaches weren't pet friendly. We've never been to a beach that wasn't so I guess we just assumed they all allowed dogs. That put a downer on our trip, but the host of the property helped us to the best of their ability and the house was perfect.

Family Vacay 2024

This house was perfect for my family of 6 adults, 3 year old grandson and 2 family dogs. The property manager was very helpful and responded within a timely manner. The only complaint I could have is the grass wasn’t cut, but my son brought his Ryobi fan that uses a battery so the battery for it fit the lawn mower and he cut the backyard for the dogs and my grandson to play in. The only other thing is I wish there had been a crockpot, that would have been nice to have there. The golf cart was a joy to have and made it easy to go to the beach. Overall this is a very nice house and location. Would definitely recommend to others.

Our stay was wonderful! The home was clean and bigger than pictured. There was a good sized fenced in back yard for our pet and grand son. We had starter supplies provided. The layout was my favorite! Whether you were cooking in the big kitchen, eating at the table or sitting on the couch you are still able to be with your family with the open concept! We so enjoyed our stay! We even had a golf cart which was a huge help getting back and forth to the beach or a simple ride around the neighborhood with my grandson. I definitely recommend! The host/ homeowner definitely thought of everything!

There were several issues most of them were small however the coffee filter left in the coffee maker was filled with mold. The tub faucet about ready to fall off the two towel racks on the wall about ready to fall off one light bulb out tub wooden drain. Sand everywhere. Door lock issues.

We apologize that a coffee filter was left in the coffee maker. That should not have happened, and we have addressed it with our cleaning team. We also found and replaced a burned-out light bulb after your stay. We inspected the property after your departure and found that the towel racks, tub faucet, and door lock were all functioning properly. As with any beach property, some sand can be tracked in during a stay despite thorough cleaning before each guest arrives. We take maintenance and cleanliness seriously and encourage guests to contact us during their stay if any concerns arise. We respond promptly and would have been happy to address any issues immediately. We remain committed to providing every guest with a clean, well-maintained home and an excellent vacation experience.

The house was beautiful and extremely clean. Jessica is very friendly and responds quickly, a “super host” without a doubt. The golf cart is a great plus. Close to the beach, safe neighborhood and many things to do in the area. Beautiful house short distance from the beach

The house was wonderful and everything we needed! Communication with the owner was great and instructions for check-in and check-out were simple. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach. A plus was an area with a less crowded beach which we liked. Would stay here again.

Great location

We loved Jessica’s place! The golf cart was great to scoot down to the beach or go for a sunset stroll. Perfect location, in the middle of everything but on such a quaint quiet street. Loved it!
