Every detail in our vacation home will make you feel welcome and relaxed! The huge private terrace has lounge chairs for you to enjoy sensational sunsets over the water. The living room, dining area, and kitchen all capitalize on the Caribbean Sea views, with plenty of natural light pooling in. There is seating at the dining table for 8, plus there are 3 tall chairs at the raised bar. The spacious kitchen features granite countertops and white appliances. It's fully equipped for you to whip up great meals when you choose to dine in.

Explore downtown Cozumel- restaurants, nightlife, and shopping are all within a few minutes walk. Grocery stores and a cinema are right across the street. Within the complex itself, there's an infinity pool, kids' wading pool, and whirlpool overlooking the ocean. There's a sandy beach area as well as a natural grotto--snorkeling couldn't be easier! All the dive operators on the Island pick up and deliver right to your dock and then only a short walk to the rinse tanks.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
- Please note that parking at the condominium complex is limited, so if you have a vehicle, you may not be able to park it in the El Cantil garage. The security of El Cantil will direct you as to whether you can park there or not, and if not, there is parking in the grocery store parking lot across the street.
- There is NOT washer and dryer available for guest use at this property. The cleaning staff can do laundry for you for a reasonable fee.
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
-Jacuzzi is not operational, we apologize for the inconvenience.
-El Cantil is located in a downtown area, so some noise from nearby resorts, events, or the highway is possible.
