Beautiful 4/3 waterfront home with 2 master suites

Welcome to La Casa Verde! Have fun and relax with the whole family at this newly renovated home on a peaceful cove close to open water on beautiful Cedar Creek Lake. The family friendly layout includes an open concept kitchen/dining/living area that is perfect for bringing everyone together. Enjoy the 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a large covered deck with outdoor dining and a gas fire pit overlooking the lake, plus 2 decks over the water for fishing and sun bathing. The house is equipped with high speed WiFi - 200 Mbps.

PLEASE NOTE: Cedar Creek Lake is not a constant level lake, therefore water levels can vary widely depending on the amount of rain that has been received recently. As of March 28,2023, the lake is 100% full, so feel free to bring your boat or rent one at nearby Lone Star Marina. The fishing is also great right off the deck!

****We are not responsible for any damage to your boat during your stay. ****

There is a house under very inconsistent construction next door. Sometimes weeks go by without any work being done, so it is impossible to predict if/when there will be workers present. They are not supposed to work on weekends (and they don't, as far as we have seen).

The sunset views from the deck were spectacular. The back porch is large and lots of furniture, even a butane fire pit making evenings outside very pleasant. The home layout is perfect with two master suites on one side of common areas and the other two bedrooms on the other side. We were there in March, so out of season but it was a lovely quiet week. Grocery store is about 1.5 miles, Fig’s Steakhouse is even closer and very upscale with great food. We would certainly rent this property again.

Adult Birthday Celebration

We absolutely enjoyed our weekend there. It was very nice and chill weekend. Kayaking, fishing, backyard patio and deck, swinging and all the games provided made for an easy and relaxing stay. We hope to visit again one day. Thank you!

Hi Ed, Thank you for choosing our property for your recent family trip to Cedar Creek Lake. We appreciate that you left our home in good condition, however we are confused your about your 3 star review citing only "limited lake access". We are not sure what you meant by this, but wanted to point out that this statement is incorrect. Our property is located directly on the waterfront with full access to the lake from the property, as supported by the pictures and video tour included in the listing. Also, you did not communicate any problems or concerns to us during your stay, which we normally take as a sign that guests are happy with the property. Despite our confusion, we wish you luck in finding a home that better suits your needs for any future family trips. Kara and Jason

Beautiful home

This home was fully stocked, easy to get to, super clean, and the owner was extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely come back and stay! We came for a wedding so it was lovely to come back to a beautiful view to decompress. Even the name her were extremely nice! Just an absolute lovely home and stay. 10 out of 10.

Beautiful House

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this property. The house is laid out perfect for a group of adults. Everyone has plenty of space. The boat house deck was perfect for sitting out by the water. Booking and check-in went smoothly. No problems at all. Thank You Kara for a wonderful trip!

Nice House!

This house was perfect for our 2 families. Love that there are 2 masters with en suites and the kids rooms are on the other side of the house. The house had everything we needed, the kids loved the all the games and activities (indoors and outside). Wish the lake level was normal, but we made the best of it!

Great lake house

We had the best time at this clean and cute lake house. The layout was perfect for a large group, and the house was very well stocked. Would definitely rent again.

Since Covid has put much of that on hold for the time being, we purchased La Casa Verde as a place to get out of the city and relax without having to go too far.
