HOT TUB INSTRUCTIONS
-To open the hot tub cover, please:
-Flip the side of the lid closest to the house toward the lake.
-Gently pull up on the bar so the cover drops down on the lake side.
-Do not remove the cover.

DOCK INSTRUCTIONS
-The dock closest to the fire pit belongs to the property and is for guest use.
-Please do not cross past the trees or use the large dock at the end of the lot, as that is private.
-Enjoy fishing and relaxing on the correct dock to ensure everyone’s privacy and safety.

WATER LEVEL NOTICE
-Water levels are typically lower between September and March or April to May.
-At this time, the water is not reaching the dock directly in front of the property.
-Guests can still access the lake by walking in from the shoreline.
